Exceptionally clean. The room, including the restroom, was notably larger than most others. Excellent window treatments, TV, cabinetry, and furniture. Nice bed and bedding. Quiet and effective heating. They put a lot of thought into internet connectivity; when I first entered the room, the TV was on with a greeting for me, using my first name. Keurig coffee. Quiet fridge, large microwave. I didn't partake of their breakfast. I liked the location just south of Portland Oregon. Adequate parking. Onsite dining, and a five-minute walk to other food choices.

Nitpicking now: the sliding door to the restroom would not stay closed.

I really loved the customer service, especially at the front counter-our room was gorgeous and the pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on!!!

I really did like the restaurant, beautiful decor, I felt like they made really good drinks and the Caesar salad was awesome. Also the customer service was good. The breakfast though…… was overpriced for what it was the eggs Benedict had no flavor and my omelette was weird and rubbery….like day old $18 omelette. If you want awesome food go to the next exit, Langdon farm golf course restaurant (Best food EVER! ) and great prices!

The location was great! In a great area very upscale and clean. The hotel itself was so nice! From the moment you walk in to the moment you open your room door everything was so nice and so clean! I loved how elegant the hotel was so pretty! The parking was great and the staff were so nice! The bed was so comfortable! The bathroom is so big and spacious! All the furniture was so clean and so updated! Loved everything about this hotel! Will definitely stay here again!

The only thing that really could be better is the lighting in the room. It's horrible! Hardly any light except by the front door in the small hall. Breakfast should be included in the stay! We didn't have breakfast because it was an extra cost. But overall best hotel around!

Beautiful property. A bonus having a 3-meal restaurant on site. It was convenient to PDX and the surrounding area. And the staff was outstanding. Even the housekeeper gave us a wave and "Good morning!" as we were on our way ro the elevator.

I can find no fault, other than our room looked out upon the HVAC system. However, I wasn't staying for the view, so it wasn't a negative given all of the positives of the property.

It was clean and smelled fresh, however the absolute BEST part of our stay was the staff! Kim (not sure of her title, but she worked behind the desk), was amazing! She was super friendly, always smiled - no matter how busy she was, and went out of her way to make things ‘better-than-alright’ when we had troubles with the coffee pot in our room! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

It clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated that there was a restaurant on site that offered quality meals at a reasonable price.

The online directions were not good and recommended more driving than necessary. Not good on after a long days drive in 90+ heat.

Clean quiet comfortable rooms. Adjoining room for a family was a plus. Good supply of drinks and snacks at lobby shop. Great food at restaurant. Shakespeare and Damion and chefs went above and beyond particularly for my daughter who has dietary restrictions.

The hallway perfume diffuser right outside our door. Too strong.

The facility is newly constructed. New designs, clean, and everyone is up and about. Smart TV. The breakfast is great. The coffee was great. The decor of the coffee shop is great. They have a laundromat, vending machines, gym and a really nice looking store.

Not everything is functioning 100%. I think their rooms lack lighting. Phones aren’t working, so if you need to ask anything, you’ll have to physically go down to the front desk. I’m not sure if they have they have wifi. I kept forgeting to ask.

The location is convenient for us when visiting family in the suburban Wilsonville area. It was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the freeway. The bed was super comfortable, and the coffee in the room was actually good, another surprise. Lots of electrical outlets and bedside tables and lamps are really convenient.

My husband couldn't get his computer to connect to the WiFi, but I didn't have any problem. I was unpleasantly surprised how much they charged for the dog ($75). I assumed there would be a charge but it wasn't published, and I hadn't asked in advance.

We had a great staycation overnight with our kids. Beautiful hotel and good location. Facilities were clean and beds were so comfortable.

We definitely could hear hallway noise. It didn’t bother us but made me paranoid that my kids were being loud.
