The room was SPOTLESS. And I mean white glove test spotless. Exceptionally clean! I can't brag about that enough! The room was SO comfortable it felt better than being home. The front desk agent was SO professional and friendly. He went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and got a room on the second floor because I was a single female staying alone. Exceptional staff. The woman working at check out was SO friendly and smiley. Just truly went over my expectations. Incredible staff and cleanliness at this location. Excellent job.

The door going into the building at the staircase didn't actually close or even lock/clock for that matter. It made me a bit nervous for myself and the other guest. Someone should definitely fix it sooner than later.

Room and property very clean. Staff courteous, friendly, customer service was excellent. Breakfast was * * * * * Five stars. Variety of juices, fresh fruit, bagels, waffles, dry cereals, coffee/tea hot cocoa. The only negative was the POOL WAS NOT IN USE. Front desk stated heater was inoperative. I appreciate the cleanliness of room and property. I would recommend Quality Inn and will return soon.

Pool was closed. FYI: I was told the pool was open when reservations were made. Also when I called the property front desk prior to arrival I was told pool was open ??

I booked an accessible room, it had access from both the parking lot and inside the building, which made getting in very easy. The entire bathroom was spacious enough, and the shower had a very sturdy shower chair (unlike some other hotels). Plenty of clean towels, and all of them were easy to reach. The room was clean, no weird smells.

The mirror, sink, and detachable showerhead/wand were all at standard height for a non-wheelchair user, so those features made the room a little less accessible.

we really enjoyed this hotel. We had a huge room on the 2nd floor with two huge beds. We were very comfortable. When you enter the room you immediately smell the cleanliness, it was very nice. The linens were perfect, the beds were very comfortable, the room was not stuffy. Everything was perfect. And they also let us park our big trailer in the parking lot! The woman at the front desk was very professional! She was very fast and had a clear uniform approach to work, special thanks to her, unfortunately I do not know her name.

Good location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were upgraded to a very quiet king bed on the first floor to avoid carrying heavy luggage up the stairs. The hotel is very close to the freeway, but rooms in the back are quiet. My husband said the breakfast was good with choices that were kept hot and fresh. Our room was large and clean. Bed was too soft, but we slept well. Would definitely return.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The staff was beyond friendly, courteous and welcoming. The pool was was clean, stocked with towels and well maintained. Breakfast was a huge hit with the whole family. Absolutely would and will stay here again. Amazing location, amazing staff made for an amazing stay. Thank you.

Nice firm bed and several pillows to choose from. Bathroom was clean and linens were nice. Tub had a big scar/stain on inside, but seems to be permanent and didn't affect the shower. Shower head worked fine, but tub spigot was loose from tub inlet so no bath, just a shower. Work desk was well lit and comfortable to get some prep work done for my event. Nice breakfast included with hot and cold items and a lot of variety (and much better coffee than in-room offering (see below).

Hanger rack in closet is a bit damaged and has some rust. In-room coffee maker makes very weak coffee (execrable!!). The door lock is fine, but the door jamb appears to have had a run-in with some item that left a serious mark and the safety latch is sort of loose (like someone opened the door and the safety latch was in place and got hit pretty hard). Still worked fine. Traffic noise wasn't bad in the night, but starting about 5:00am, the I-5 freeway noise was very noticeable.

I used to stay at this location frequently Fall of 2021. I did not feel safe at this location in 2021 because the door locks didn't work from the outside, so anyone could get into the building. There also did not used to be continental breakfast and the pool never worked. It gave 'ghetto' vibes some may say. However, this time this location made me so happy. All doors are locked from the outside and you can only access by your room key. The room was exceptionally clean and very professional. The breakfast was bomb.com and the pool was great! I am very happy with how this place has changed for the better. Not to mention to products you can buy, romance, hydration packets, movie packets. You are doing amazing and I cannot wait to stay here again with my partner!!

The reason I stayed at this hotel is because it is really surrounded by nature and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The staff are very kind and friendly. Thank you so much. I will stay here again next time I come.

If i had to point out anything it would only be that they only have 1 ice machine and its right next to office/lobby and if you end up with a room on the other side of the building it can seem like a long walk
