They have an interesting key system based on the use of a qr code that you have sent to you on your phone. Works well and enables the guest to access the room without any reception staff. The small discrepancy with the room number was easily resolved by a chat with the restaurant over the road. Breakfast is in the main body of the hotel, is pleasantly served and very good. The nearest place for dinner was the above restaurant which was ok if a little impersonal. The waters of Lake Aydat close by have magical healing properties for the weary and footsore (or so we found).

Clean comfortable room, great shower, good quality hair dryer, beautiful lake view. I can recommend the restaurant immediately opposite.

Contactless check in - easy to access our room but no one to ask about breakfast. Listing says no parking but parking is available.

Fantastic view from the bedroom and balcony

The furniture on the balcony was not comfortable and looked very old There wasn’t much choice of cereal at breakfast and the fruit looked past it’s sell by date

Clean and tidy room with tea and coffee making in the room. Restaurant directly opposite. Breakfast room was nice with an ok self serve buffet.

There was nobody on reception when I arrived so after a long and tiring trip I had to check in at the restaurant opposite. The Very busy waiter told me that apparently I should have been sent a QR code to access my room. But I didn't receive that prior.

As a solo traveller quite expensive, but as a couple good value. I knew that.

Location is wonderful (by the lake and a bit remote from the township), room was renovated, bed was super comfy and the breakfast really good with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Don’t forget to eat at « La Cocotte Bleue » (opposite the hotel and is part of it), the food is amazing !!

Nothing really. It’s an improving Hotel and with lots of upgrades and more planned it’s reall good.

Easy to access, clear indication. Nice shower, confortable mattress and bedding.

Tows smells a bit weird. Tv was super tiny.

Highly recommend! Amazing view, fantastic breakfast (with local ingredients), clean and comfortable rooms and most important- friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
