Very friendly and helpful staff and the location is brilliant. Breakfast was very good but a little pricey. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Directions to the Apparthotel need to be clearer, very little external parking available when you arrive. Information supplied as to the overnight parking charges was totally incorrect, much more expensive than advised.

Location was excellent for shopping and going for walks to interesting sites. The room was plenty roomy with good stove and refrigerator. Breakfast was done well and there was plenty of food served.

At times there could be traffic noise, but it always was gone by nightfall.

A really great location, convenient for visiting central Clermont-Ferrand. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment we had was comfortable and quiet apart from the usual city hubbub.

Everything was so clean! I loved it! The breakfast was with huge variety and very fulfilling. The location was easy to reach everywhere. It was quiet at night, both the accommodation and the neighborhood.

You can see from the hotel description and you book it under these circumstances but I want to point out just in case. There is no air conditioning because of environmental policies of the accommodation. For us, that wasn't a problem. Even though it was summertime and it was pretty hot outside, we managed it by opening the windows and we had no issues.

Very easy check-in due to friendly and helpful personnel. The parking Jaude is just around the corner. It is safe and easily accesible. The appartment is spacious, clean and cosy. Restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Perfect for exploring Clermont-Ferrand.

Great location to visit the centre of Clermont and the black stone Cathedral. Spacious, comfortable room with a small kitchenette and park garage in nearby shopping centre (2 minute walk) for which a daily rate can be paid in the hotel itself. The breakfast bar was great and you could fresh press your OJ with a machine. They had gluten free bread.

Location was perfect, the car park is literally two mins from the hotel, the room was so big and had kitchen facilities there too. Much bigger than anticipated

Only one towel in the room for two people but I would imagine they’d give you some more if you went to reception. We didn’t need to as it was a one night stay and I always take towels with me when away

Central location with good parking.

The hotel booking system is not good. Our room was double booked. At the checkout they wanted to charge for breakfast, despite it was included in our rate already. The room was very hot. No AC.

Excellent location. Used for 1 night stop on drive back to UK.Would definitely stay again.

Finding car park a little tricky even though was in same building as area has 1 way system

This private apartment is very close to the Centre of famous Cannes popular streets. The inner room is way cleaner and modern compared with the outdated external outlook. lots of restaurants and stores are all walking distances.

Two tiny elevators, each can hold two adults with one luggage. If your party has many members and luggage’s; you will need to spend cycles of elevator runnings. The parking is also a challenge, though there is a descent public parking in 5 minutes. An overstay fee was 13.5 euro (December 2022)
