Breakfast is not suitable for children. Because I'm traveling with 2 children, They can't eat breakfast because it's quite spicy. I Would Like To Suggest, Why Not Provide Foreign Sambal Or Etc. Thank you
The floor in front of the toilet is quite slippery, recently my kids fell because it was slippery. Actually we have stayed more than 3 times, because Hotel Agro is in the middle between my trip and where I live now. Thank you.

Drinking Water was not provided in the room...but its ok, was given when asked at the counter.

Staff was friendly to assists on early check in. The room was clean and aircond was superb.

Good location with lots of parking spaces. Room is spacious. Breakfast was prepacked, good. Lobby is spacious. Toilet is clean. Bed is comfy n big. Good value for money.
No cupboard or places to hang clothes n keep luggage. Only 1 iron provided per floor, at the lift area. I'm okay with it cause we brought our own iron.

The location of the hotel. A lot of parking.
The room is not soundproof, so the management of hotel should aware and remind and take seriously about silent time after 10 p.m until 7.00 a.m to each customer and their staff. Talking loudly and child play toys at night.

Everything about it. Nice place to stay. Clean & comfortable. Parking so much easier for me coz u drive a van. Large parkung area available and its FREE!!

Everything was cool! Staff's were nice n welcoming Huge free parking area at the back.
Malaysians still dont know that all white line parking slots with numbers in it belonged to the majlis. U only know to drive car only then got saman u argue with the staffs there aiyoo

Everything was good. The place i would stay everytime came to raub. Everything here suits me.. staff, a lot of parking space & clean.. Booked for my customer and their happy staying here. Thanks guys!!
