Good clean well-located comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Spacious well maintained room. Decent Wifi. Decent selection of nutritious food for brealfast (no eggs).

No elevator to 2nd floor, which did not inconvenience us, but could be a problem for some. Inconsistent availability of hot water and milk for tea.

The staff was wonderful and it is obvious how hard they work to give guests a pleasant experience,.

It would be very helpful, safety wise, to bars installed in the shower/tub to make it easier to get in and out of. It can be difficult for an older person and/ or someone with agility issues to navigate getting in and out of the tub.

The room was comfortable and roomy. I was travelling with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, and the staff booked us into a room near the lobby. The location of the hotel was important. For those travelling onward to Campobello Island (Franklin Roosevelt's former summer house is the main attraction) the trip is about an hour and something - two car ferryboat rides. The land infrastructure for one of the little ferries was pretty basic - a steep, sandy beach and a wooden sign with the departure times, but since there were only two other cars the captain waited for another car to arrive at the beach - a short wait. The continental breakfast is pretty substantial. St. George itself is pleasant enough, and a short distance from other better known places, such as St. Andrews. P.S. For those viewing the Roosevelt House for first time please note that it is just across the water from Lubeck, Maine;. I had the strange sensation of being in a a place that might be called Canamerica.

Comfy Cozy, stop over on my way home from a long journey. Close to the highway. Pretty surroundings. Clean room. Pub within walking distance for food. Standard pub fare. Lovely young lady at the front desk when I checked in. (Breakfast was Meh!! Pretty carb forward)

No coffee maker in the room. However, coffee was available in the lobby, and there was a fridge and microwave in the room.

The location is wonderful! It is in the tiny town of St. George, NB. Access to walking trail, private outside pool, playground for children. Continental breakfast was available. Hotel 30 plus years old and privately owned. Well maintained and renovated. Good wifi. Will stay again if in the area.

Better lighting in guest room.

This was an unexpectedly superior accommodation find. We were in St. Andrews and decided to get started later that day towards our PEI destination of the following day. We selected Granite Town Hotel simply because it was on our route and close to the highway. It was very clean, comfortable and superb value. Their advertisement indicates that it is family-owned and one certainly gets that feel. It's maintained in a manner that one would expect of family ownership.

Granite town hotel is a nice place to stay, the staff are very helpful and friendly, place is very clean, rooms were decorated Nicely, located close to attractions, I would definitely stay again.

Only little complaint is beds are too soft!

Customer service was great at check-in. Hotel is dated, but is quaint, clean, and overall comfortable and pleasant. Beds and bathroom were clean.

Mattresses were too soft for us, making sleep a little uncomfortable for a couple sharing the bed. Also, beds are double, not queen which we would have preferred. Not sure if they have other rooms with queen beds, we got the last one available for a same-day stay.

Quaite a small hotel which was simply SUPERB !!! We loved everything ! Super silent location, big room, big bed, cleanness, fast WiFi, good breakfast, private parking area and last but not least very nice and helpful staff. Thank you !

Julie on the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious and clean.

Breakfast area could be better organized - perhaps trays could be provided for easier carrying of cups/glasses/plates to the table. Some protein would be good (cold boiled eggs?). Couldn't find a vending machine so had to go out to get snacks.
