Location, amenities, the onsen.

Very bare minimum english, understandable as we visited a smalI town. However, we did booking as 2 adults and 2 children, but why should I ask for more pillows myself instead of being provided as there are 4 of us, and there were only 2 pillows in the room. Also, as we came with the kids, kids' pjs and amenities (slipper and dentak kit) should've been provided to us, again, since we included the children in our booking. But we also had to ask for it after we saw some other kids wearing them. That was my only downside.

Great place to stay in Maebashi, near the station, free Ramen in the evening up to 11pm. Nice spa complete with Rotenburu (outside spa section). Free ice cream or Yakult after the spa. Breakfast was good, loads of choice. A little more expensive than the Toyoko chain but worth it in my opinion, you get a much bigger room for instance.

The wait on the 13th floor was a few mins especially at breakfast time.

The hotel was generous in providing extra services at no extra charges to guests, such as supper servings of ramen, probiotic drinks and ice popsicles at various times throughout the day. It also had a nice public bath that guests can use at no additional charges. Laundry services are also provided free (dryer is chargeable). The breakfast was also delicious.

Nothing. We enjoyed our stay with this hotel and wished we had more days there.

It was right across the road from the train station. The staff all greeted us every time we saw them - so friendly! The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and the evening raman was a nice touch. All the little extras like treats and free use of washers and good sized rooms made our 8 days staying there for a karate competition amazing.

The location was very convenient, being right in front of Maebashi station. The staff was also very kind and helpful when it came to other recommendations about things around the city or where to buy stuff.

If you have someone coming to pick you up or visit, parking is pretty non-existent, but that can't be helped by the location.

Having the hot spring in a hotel was wonderful. They serve free ice cream and popsicles after baths! The breakfast was delicious and well worth the money. The staff was courteous always. They provide room wears and bottles of water daily which were so nice!!

The bed spring and pillows were a bit too firm for us.

Convenient location and very helpful staff. Nice onsen- the water wasn’t too hot. Comfortable room that’s more spacious than typical business hotel.

Shower is small so we enjoyed the onsen frequently. Our room had an odor-maybe the carpet needs cleaning. Otherwise, it was clean.

Love to stay again, yummyyy breakfast with a Japanese teast!Cosy and clean room! Not sure if there are many options for a late dinner by short walking distance, however, the free noodles provided by the hotel saved me! And the staff who served the noodles on that night (7/Mar/24) was the best! Thank you so much!

Not really!

Right next to train station, also plenty of paid car parks by 3rd parties too, on top of its own. Provides a few extra perks like free ice cream/ probiotic drinks/ ramen in the evening from 9:30pm etc. The hot springs on top floor is nice although get crowded easily. There was a sauna as well.

Somehow I paid not a cheap price but with no breakfast option.
