Booked a small surprise stay for my parents with Saj Earth Resort at Nedumbassery. I haven't been there personally but I can tell you that their service was exceptional and from the reports I got from my parents they left the resort happy and wanting more. Mahesh from the resort was in constant contact with me to make sure that all my requests were taken care of, I extend my personal gratitude to Mahesh for his swift responses and support through out the trip.. he personally made sure everything was perfect .. While I try to be a good customer, i am sure i was messaging at unreasonable times but Mahesh always responded immediately and helped out with all of my queries. he arranged a surprise cake for parents wedding anniversary and helped to pre book their dinner and made their stay enjoyable and memorable. I am soo happy with my choice of location and very pleased with the service and care my parents received. Mum who is a picky eater mentioned that she loved their food and enjoyed it heaps. Their buffet breakfast spread was also quite grand and very well received by my parents. 5* for experience, 5* for food, 50* for service. Defenitely coming back for our family gathering

Gorgeous, sprawling, comfortable luxury. back door opened onto private lounge patio & wrap around pool. The staff is impeccable, friendly, helpful and warm. Excellent service and accomodations! The massage at the onsite spa was exquisite, one of the best ever! The chef & kitchen staff went above and beyond to accomodate my dietary restrictions.

The immediate surrounding area is not walkable, so you need to call a grab- But the sprawling resort is lush with gorgeous trees, plants and flowers. Plenty of area to walk and explore, sit for tea, or relax on the carved wood swing.

The staff.. they were above and beyond.. never said to my unusual requests. Loved the place and booked for this weekend with my parents before I fly out

Wow, we found the staff here to be some of the best we've ever interacted with at a hotel or resort. From my perspective, everyone was friendly, proactive, kind, and made things happen.

Very nice property close to the airport. The attraction is the pool surrounding the rooms. Food was good.

Bathrooms are not up to the mark. Need better maintainance.

Everything was good and ambience is good and service is good. Everything maintained neat and clean. During my stay period it was raining it made feel too good. Pool access from my room.

It would look great if you add complimentary breakfast with the booking or extra paid buffet.

We booked very high prices and value for nothing Staff and clearness are poor And breakfast not allowed.

I liked almost all aspects from the arrival to departure. The entire team took great care. I miss my kids cause they would have loved the pool and peaceful ambience, away from the busy life. Its a beautiful property. Next time will come with family.
