Parking no problem right outside the hotel, excellent access all through the hotel if you have mobility issues, lifts available. On arrival and throughout our stay all the staff were ablsolutely fabulous, extremely helpful, professional and courteous. The room was spot on with a great view over the football stadium. Decor nice, clean, comfortable, had everything you needed. Restaurant comfortable, menu had good range of choices, service great, food was a good quality. Breakfast good, large choice. healthy options as well as traditional breakfast.

Nothing But note we didnt go on a match day, anticipate it would be far busier then.

We liked the location on the edge of Horwich which is approximately five miles from Bolton town centre. The novelty of the hotel being attached to the Bolton Wanderers football stadium also added some interest. We even managed to sneak a peek of the stadium as the Reflections Suite (which has stunning views over the stadium) was not in use during our stay. A very large shopping and leisure centre is a short walk from the hotel. It has a large range of bars and restaurants available, although the facilities in the hotel are excellent. The buffet style breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice and vegetarian options available on request. Very professional and friendly staff, who really made us feel at home. There is plenty of (free) parking right in front of the hotel, with a very simple number plate registration system which takes seconds to complete when checking-in.

Gorgeous hotel and super clean in all areas including our room. Pitch view room was incredible and worth the extra cash given there was a game on and we got to see Bolton play against Fleetwood. Staff were super helpful and location is great being right next to the retail park!

Cocktails in the hotel bar were awful, I just personally think you should stick to keeping them off the menu if they aren’t made correctly! The breakfast wasn’t worth £12 per person, you would be much better eating at one of the restaurants in the retail park. Our room was quite cold and the heating didn’t seem to be working, if staying longer would have reported it but it was only one night so we just wrapped ourselves up in bed.

Good location for us, interesting having a pitch view.

Signposting outside, with multiple roundabouts, seemed s bit confusing. The room had a very cold draught.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Drinking water available in the room, the hotel clean and tidy with a great view of the pitch and stadium if you like football, great value for money and an excellent location with retail park and pubs/restaurants close by, was able to park easily too. Breakfast was superb, so overall a great experience and I will return on my next visit to Bolton. A great short stay, I will return on my next visit to Bolton.

Check in was super easy, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a pitch view room which was fantastic but there are no opening windows which would have been nice to let some fresh air in. We fully understand why the doors are locked.

Breakfast wasn't great. All the tables that were free were full of other guests used cups and plates. The staff were slow to replenish the food, tea/coffee/sugar & juices, and the self serve areas were messy and could have done with a wipe down.

The location was excellent as i was attending the Bolton Arena for an event over 4 days. All the staff were excellent at reception, house keeping and at breakfast. The bar staff were a little slower than i would have liked but they did a good job and were friendly. The breakfast was a little pricey but very good.

Nothing could have really been better other than a quicker service at the bar. Other guests were getting slightly annoyed.

In the bedrooms there are so many lights that cannot be switched off and it means the room is not that dark for sleeping e.g. blue lights by bedside lamps; red lights on TV and plug; flashing red smoke alarm lights At breakfast the tables were not being cleared and reset quickly enough, food containers were run down/empty; service less efficient

The hotel is in the stadium, which means there is ample parking, and it is also in the town centre with many restaurant options in less than 5 mins walking distance. The breakfast options were good, and they catered to porridge too. The room I stayed was overlooking the pitch, and I would have loved to stay and watch a game, brilliant view!

The bedside table didn't have a power socket, it was slightly far away from the bed, so not very convenient.

Everything. It’s a remarkably nice place. Great breakfast, parking for thousands and the pitch looks magnificent.

Check out took an age, easily more than 10 minutes and the girl on reception just had to say ‘sorry about the wait everyone’ but instead said ‘if you want a receipt you’ll just have to wait’ which antagonised everyone in the queue instead of pacifying us.
