Cleanliness Communication Decor Location Value for the money The train station is a 5-minute walk. The bus station is about 10 minutes away. Location is outstanding. Decor is very tasteful Bedding is comfy Kitchen facilities are very handy with a Dishwasher, a very good-sized Fridge and a Freezer.

Booking two apartments so the family can stay together is a little cumbersome, as when booking, it does not clearly indicate if both apartments are adjacent or placed differently within the building. Probably, a user-friendly and clear instruction can solve this minor issue.

The space is very boutique hotel vibe but with the added character of the building and the setting it’s akin to a SC apartment with nice quality fixtures and well chosen accessories and a very comfortable bed. the bathroom was a treat! And the space feels relaxing and comfortable, great for an independent traveller looking for a space large enough to chill but also utilitarian for working, I had 2 work meetings in person and it was great to be able to convene them in such a lovely space. The owner/manager is very responsive too and the customer support is exemplary including Lucia who maintains the spaces and ensures you have everything you need, super personable and remembers you after almost a year between stays, that’s quality client support. Top notch, affordable, pristine and discrete, best place to stay in the area hands down.

Nothing in the space but some of the other occupants smoked weed which made it up from the ground to the top floor, it’s ubiquitous nowadays but quite annoying especially as the building stipulates non smoking , Oves the owner came and sorted the situation out too so it was fleeting, another example of the exemplary client support offered by Winckley Sq Residences.

The location couldn't be better, the apartment was very comfortable and the management team were helpful when we asked about leaving luggage before our check-in and after our check-out time.

The apartment had everything we needed but there were just 2 of everything - cups, plates, knives, spoons and so on. Not a problem that would stop us highly recommending Winckley Square residence, but slightly inconvenient at times. An extra couple of cups and another knife would have been handy.

Although it was up 3 flights of stairs it was worth it very clean beautiful view overlooking the Winkley square gardens the deep bath was pure luxury.Nice touch of milk and water in the fridge 2 boxes of cereals biscuits and crisps left on the table.Bed was very comfortable.Very quiet location and close to city centre.

The mirror in the bathroom was a light up 1 nut sadly didn't work unless I was doing it wrong.The tables in the lounge were chipped may need a upgrade.Apart from that perfect.

We loved the price (late booking) location (overlooking Winkley Square gardens) the room had everything we needed. Very clean. Milk & water in the fridge, crisps, biscuits & cereals in a basket on the countertop, tea & coffee

The only things we disliked was the bathroom, it was spotlessly clean it just smelled like drains or even a dirty mop, every time we opened the door to use the toilet the smell came out! Residents in the opposite room in the early hours talking several times on the landing waking us up!

Very well kept room, clean and the kitchenette is well stocked. Loved the welcome basket with snacks! Small things like shower gel and towels , even milk and water in the fridge made such a difference to the stay. We ended up at the wrong address somehow and the staff guided us to the right place and even walked us through the self check in. Very well managed place, would love to come back

Mostly great, but there was some smell of the cleaning solution in the bathroom - maybe a steam extractor would help?

Lovely location across from winkley sq and 5 min walk to avenham and miller park very quiet nice and clean

Maybe a small couch at bottom of bed only 1 chair to relax there was 2 of us need bottle opener bathroom smelt a little sewage but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again the host was very helpful I booked wrong day he cancelled promptly allowing me to rebook

The property was very clean and the furnishings finished to a high standard. It was five minutes amble to all the town centre facilities you would need and close to the delightful Winckley Square gardens and Avenham/Miller parks in a quiet area of the city. We had a slight problem of my own making and was given very friendly and helpful assistance from the owner.

Perhaps a little on the small side but that is a personal preference and does not detract from the overall score I’ve given.

Small selection of breakfast items and tea/coffee/milk provided which was good. The rooms are nicely decorated and the location is excellent for the city centre. Very clean although our kitchen bin had some rubbish still in it.

There is an awful smell from the drains. I noticed on other reviews, guests had mentioned it but thought at time of booking that it would have been rectified. It hasn't and would stop me from booking again. If you want to cook, you will find a lack of kitchen items. Just the very basics are provided. Excellent showers!

Very modern, easy access, lovely facilities.

The temperature of the room couldn’t cool down unless the window was wide open but didn’t feel safe with it being a ground floor apartment so maybe have the window opening further up so it’s less easy for someone to climb in or install air conditioning! Other than that I will be staying again x
