We were upgraded to the Kensington apartment which is a very nice apartment. Very good location close to the station and plenty of shops & restaurants. A lot of space and the facilities were very good. Clean and tidy. The only issue we had was the apartment or room above. Yes you could hear them walking above which was not too loud but the creaking of the floor or ceiling was very intrusive. Needless to say the people in the room above were late in on the Friday & Saturday night. On the Sunday it was nice and quite we. thought the room was empty but no they were up at 6am on Monday morning.

Nice modern clean apartment, well located near the station and town centre. Easy access to drop off bags by car, with parking at the station behind. Oddly massive bathroom with twin showers.

Located near the shopping centre where early morning deliveries take place. Super noisy unloading of vans at 06:00 wasn't the desired alarm experience. Main door was almost unusable both getting in and getting out. More like a collection of apartments than a hotel. Kitchen space not usable for anything more than the very basics. Lighting and electrics in the bedroom were ill thought out.

Everything was immaculate! I was given a complementary upgrade to the Kensington as I had my spaniel with me. 2 huge comfy beds, a dining area, a well appointed and immaculately clean kitchen, and 2 beautiful bathrooms. It was a huge space with the added bonus of an outside space which was so convenient for the dog. Could easily accommodate 6 with the sofa bed. It was easy to access the building with the codes sent ahead and I felt secure and safe as a single woman staying. No 10 Exceeded expectations and I’d highly recommend for anything visiting the Preston area. Every interaction with the staff was great.

The only downside is the location. The street, although close to the Main Street is quiet, with derelict properties. I opted to buy food from the local Tesco extra and cooking rather than walk back at night. This is more of an FYI than a complaint.

Absolutely everything, the location was right in the middle of the town high street 4 minutes from the railway. Check in was swift, look seconds and staff were very kind and allowed me to check in 30 minutes early. In addition I was given a complementary upgrade to a enormous apartment at the top floor, each room was unique and stylish and amenities were extensive, top condition and spotless. It also happened to be my partner’s birthday and it was a much appreciated unforgettable experience.

I liked Everything about the property and the mangement . they ptovided all thd needs i wanted during my stay from 24-2 until 8-3. The location of the property is in middle of the city thats make it unique. Example:-(Room service- any emergency call I used to get prompt response- fixing any issue related to room - every facility was provided - cleaning team was wonderful ) .

I guess somtimes I used yo get bothered and distribed not becuse of the stay. Bacuse somes other beside or nighbour rooms used to make so much noise especially at night time and waik on stiars with high noise . And it has nothing to do with property and staff They have been so nice and helpful all the time. So I suggest to the management of preston.10 who ever stay in the property Please add this under terms and conditions of stay however stays in property dont make noise or distrub nighbour rooms especially at night time.

Staff was kind, cleaning service staffs were kind and lovely. Cookies was nice.

Noise from upstairs while guests are working, and there where no sound insulation for rooms, cooking smells spread from others rooms such are garlic which affects my room smell. Pillow was not comfortable , room needs for electricity health check where some keys are not working, and one toilet heater was not working it was freezing.

No.10 was absolutely exceptional. I have previously stayed at the Premier Inn in Preston but now I know about this I will always stay here. It's right off the main street, close to the station, but down a very quiet and upmarket side street. It feels like a Georgian townhouse and entry was a breeze. The place looked and even smelled (!) brilliant. There was a beautiful Xmas tree. The room was incredible - like a luxury boutique hotel. Cosy, comfortable, thick carpets, lots of textiles, Classic FM playing on the TV, with all mod cons and a kitchen was an unexpected bonus. The bathroom is stylish with a huge walk in shower. It's not often you stay somewhere and would want to spend more time in the room!

That I had a train at 6.30am as if I'd known how good this place was I'd have stayed longer!!

Absolutely loved our stay at No.10 Preston! The rooms are spotless, stylish, and beautifully maintained — we must admit everything is done with great taste. Well done guys. To be honest, the whole place has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that really helps you unwind and enjoy a quality rest. For those who travel by train, the location is perfect too — close to the Fishergate, yet peaceful. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you

What a place to stay. Decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean and amazing attention to detail. The hosts really go the extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation has everything you could possibly need or want for a short or longer break away. Location is great, near shops, places to eat and train station. Check in instructions are clear and properly is extremely easy to access. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Preston in the future.

Everything was perfect.

Perfect location near the railway station and many shops and cafes. We came for our son’s graduation and the hotel is within walking distance to the UCLAN campus. The room we had was beautiful, with a 4 poster bed and all the necessary things in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Check in process was clear and easy. We had a lovely stay.

We only stayed for 2 nights and didn’t fully unpack but I would say there’s not enough wardrobe space for 2 ppl if you want to stay longer and not live off your suitcase.
