Emma was absolutely incredible. I had booked for my daughter as her uni flat was not ready and Emma contacted me to let me know she was ok and made sure she had breakfast and quite frankly she has been an angel!!! She is the best asset to that hotel and I could not thank her more for her communication with me. Keep her!!! Thank you Emma xxxxxxx

The owner and the property is amazing. I’m a returning customer and the owners are lovely always upgrade my room for free. I see this property doesn’t get much appreciation because it’s cheaper and the customers take an unfair advantage of that. I love this place and will always be coming back here

I think they need to have more strict policies on customers and start to reject certain type of people even if it causes any sort of discrimination

What can I say about this property? THIS IS AN AMAZING BUDGET HOTEL. I booked a single room but ended up coming with my partner and the receptionist Raees catered for my needs and upgraded my room and when I walked into the room I was shocked to see how nice it is. They definitely had a re vamp in the building and added new touches which obviously compliments the building alot. The breakfast was a bonus even though it was just 3 types of cereals and 3 types of jams with bread. It was enough and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and all my colleagues and would definitely be coming back

excellent property for work solo travellers and even families. the room was very clean and spacious, the best thing was the mattress was very comfortable so you know the sleep will be good when the mattress is good Breakfast area was lovely and cosy breakfast was basic but very fresh and amazing for the price. I got this place recommended by my colleague and it’s safe to say it’s a place I’ll be booking again every time I’m here for work not to forgery Thanks to the manager Raees for looking after me.

everything about this hotel is lovely, the staff, the rooms, mattress and the breakfast all amazing. Special thanks to Laura, she was a great host and really looked after me will always be using the property.

Everything this hotel never fails to impress. Rais was so amazing and stayed up for me let me in late night. Sad didn’t get to see the lovely Emma today but never the less Laura’s breakfast was excellent. thanks Laura

This hotel was absolutely amazing and apt for the price. Rooms are clean and the guy at reception Rais is absolutely amazing sorts all problems out. The room and the surrounding is quite so perfect for a short nice stay. And it’s good for the price.

Reading all the reviews before I was quite scared but amazing hotel

Ahhhh what can I say about this. Honestly by far the best hotel in preston. The refurbishment and new bedding, carpets everything was just so comfy. I will deffo be coming back again. Shoutout to the manager Rais who upgraded our room. I loved that superior room honestly it was like a whole apartment

Absolutely loved this property, the rooms weee clean and the mattress was so comfortable I have noticed they have renovation the building. Honestly for the price it’s an amazing room, shoutout to Rais for amazing service. Great family run business. Breakfast was minimum but fresh and just what I needed and it was free so can’t complain

The room was larger than expected and had more amenities than I had expected. The bed was very comfy and the shower was a good shower too. The room felt very secure and I felt safe. The curtains were great and kept out the light in the mornings.

The sink was damaged which meant that water ended up spraying onto the floor sometimes.
