Excellent value for money! Communication was great and check in process smooth. The room was clean and plenty of teas+coffes+soaps+ towels. Our heater was on all night so it was very warm in the room (thankful because it was minus temperatures this week!) The location was fabulous, would recommend to anyone needing to stay a night in Southport.

The bed was very very soft- but of course this is personal preference. No full length mirror in the room, only smaller mirrors. No parking onsite, there is paid parking some distance away. The hallway smelt like sewage in the morning.

All staff were very friendly and helpful,room was nicely laid out and absolutely spotless. Bonus was a bay with table and chairs with a nice view. Location was ideal with everything we wanted on our doorstep. Car parking for 3 pounds per day was 3 minutes walk away. DEFINITELY intend to return.👍

Only downside was steep and narrow staircase which my partner wasn't comfortable with but other than that there was nothing not to like 😊

2nd visit To Sinclairs.Lovely helpful Guy met us and shown to room.We were in room number 1,it was stylish and comfy 😀 we had a drink outside on arrival, little glass of wine or 2,same Guy served us.Friendly once again he is a Credit to himself and this lovely accommodation. Drinks good value, loved the evening background music in The bar,chilled and relaxing tipple b4 we retired to our room.Would definitely return for a 3rd visit 😊 Excellent Service 😀

The staff in Sinclair's bar downstairs were very friendly and efficient and explained access to the accommodation etc extremely well.

The only issue was parking and this was really due to the fact that there was a major event in the town that night. Although there is a carpark nearby that only costs £3 per day there was no opportunity to use it. We did however manage to park on the street next to the accommodation which was due to kindness from someone leaving the event. This provided us with free parking from 6pm until 8.00 am the next morning. We would have appreciated if breakfast had been provided and would have willingly paid more for this should the bar have been open.

Own door, no need to go through PUB premises. Polite, friendly. helpful staff. Very good location. Found off road parking close by. Good selection of complimentary Tea/Coffee/Biscuits. Complimentary toiletries.

Only stayed one night. So not a problem for us, only one hanger in wardrobe. Prefer to be able to walk round bed and each person able to get in and out on thier side. Appreciate this was a small double room, so bed had to go against two walls. Again only one night stay. So we managed but would have been disappointed for a longer stay.

Stayed here for a wedding across the street , led the room a mess as was in a hurry to leave not expecting the room to be tidied when we came back, embarrassing for me in a rush but very nice surprise to come back to ! , perfect location for staying in Southport , excellent communication from the owner when I had questions, check in easy and staff very kind ! Gave great recommendations on food/drink , parking easy to find just 100m behind the hotel, fire alarm went off at 4am and was directed by clear and kind staff, 10/10 experience will definitely book again.

The location of the rooms are absolutely spot on and in reach of plenty of Southport sights. Very warm welcome from all the staff we came across and a lovely gesture of 10% off in the bar for hotel guests. Room was well stocked with tea and coffee, nice and warm and very clean.

The mattress was very firm - but this is personal preference. There is limited bathroom privacy if travelling in a pair due to the sliding door in the standard double room.

Bar staff were excellent especially the Sunday night, good size shower room, main bedroom quite small but still very nice, would stay here again.

We booked Bed & Breakfast: Breakfast was next door to the Sinclair Rooms but the 'Restaurant' did not open until 10.00 on the Sunday and 12.00 on the Monday......so we were unable to have it on either day!!!! (due to Golf Tee Off times)

The location was perfect, room lovely, decent size, lovely staff, the cocktails were amazing!

Breakfast was served next door from 10am, which didn’t work for us. We had paid extra for breakfast, but if we knew it was from 10am we wouldn’t have done, unfortunately we had somewhere to be, so an 8:30am breakfast would have been more convenient. Parking was on street and at a fee. (£8)

Everything, the rooms spacious, buitiful decorated, lovely bed,lovely shower. Considering it's next to pub ,thought we would herd a lot noise but really quiet we will be back again, great value for money, booked at last minute.

Stairs, communication I had left few messages, no reply, on day leaving we was told checkout 10, needed help with luggage ,told us some one be there in pub next door ,no one there now 10.16 . It could do with a shelf in shower but u shower gel etc
