We were greeted warmly on our arrival, The owner Tony supplied us with local information and leaflets so that we could make the most of our weekend, the decor was exceptional, spotless in all areas, the bed was really comfortable and we slept well both nights, it made a welcome change to have fresh milk and bottled water in a fridge in the bedroom, there was a varied choice for breakfast and he was thoughtful enough to check if we needed anything more, there was extra supplies of coffee,tea etc in the dining room if guests required more, nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend this b & b and are planning a return visit.

There wasn't anything negative about our stay.

Tony was great, very attentive, and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. Rooms were immaculate, and Tony includes all the little extras that make a stay special. Breakfast was very tasty, and there is a huge choice.

Nothing..... we'll one thing.....we could not stay longer.

The host Tony was very welcoming, he was particularly helpful in pointing out local restaurants for me as my arthritis was playing up and couldn't walk as far as I'd have liked on this trip. The suggestions were all splendid and the food was fine.

The stairs, only because of my painful joints. Tony carried my bags up and down for me. Next time I'll book the ground floor room.

Tony was extremely welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. The property was clean, in a great location and the rooms were a good size. The ‘emergency kit’ in each room (toiletries, sewing kit, etc) was a nice touch too. I had to leave early so could enjoy one, but the breakfasts looked and smelled great.

Nothing to dislike - would definitely return if in the area and will recommend.

The property is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the little details have been thought of. The photos are accurate and the communal areas are very comfortable. It is very centrally located so great for all amenities. Best of all is the host, Tony, who gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable and at home. We would definitely return if staying in Southport in the future.

Everything was great.

The breakfast ( which is optional by the way ) was very good. You can change your preference for what it consists of on a daily basis if you so wish. The location is superb, right in the heart of all that Southport has to offer.

The weather wasn't the best during our stay but that didn't dampen our enthusiasm for the stay. Only thing, although it didn't cause a problem in this stay is the parking at the front of the property, could be a problem if the hotel had been to full capacity. We have stayed at this property previously and was given the opportunity to street park with a pass to avoid parking charges but this didn't come up on this visit.

The friendly service. Tony could not be more welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, stylish yet very comfortable. Breakfast was excellently prepared and presented and your every need was catered for!

To be honest, I couldn't fault it! Would definitely choose it again when next in Southport!

Our stay here was just perfect. Tony the owner could not be any more helpful or friendly. The house was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. The breakfasts we had were very nice and well worth the money. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing i did not like about my stay here.

In a great area, close to shops,pleasureland,places to eat an drink, the decor is lovely,decent sized rooms , the dining room and Lounge area is really nice and again beautifully decorated , tony does a great job and obviously works very hard to keep the place as it is.

It’s very close to bars so it’s quite loud in the evening/night with music and karaoke. The bathroom light is automatic and can’t be turned off, so not great going to the toilet in the night and the light blaring in your eyes and in the bedroom. Fridge out of order in one of the rooms .

Tony was great the owner. Lovely and chatty and made sure you had plenty of fresh milk in your room and everything was okay. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor of the B&B and it was lovely. The room was clean, plenty of room, bed was large and comfy. We had a fridge which was great as I could put my insulin in there to keep cool. The sink was in the room but that didn't bother us. Good shower and had shower gel/ shampoo to use. Breakfast we chose the night before which had a wide selection of items. I had pancakes with bacon and maple syrup which my partner had a full English which he could chose what he wanted. We had a really good stay and would happily stay here again.
