Tv worked, shower worked, kettle worked, bed was comfortable, location close to town centre and promenade, no noise at night either from other residents or outside. Just the blurt who beeps his car horn loudly around 0530 but Im generally waking then anyway

Only the sink in the bathroom takes ages to drain. I dont suppose its the end of the world like. I was going to report to the cleaner but I didnt catch her after day 2. Mustve been there because my rubbish was taken from outside the door. Tried phoning Oyo to mention the sink on departure but no response.

Hotel was quite central, only a few minutes walk to all the central activities. Most of the other hotels were either booked up or had inflated the price due to the air show taking place over the weekend. Although the car park was small, we managed to put both cars on. The host, Shaun simply could not do enough for us, he was so accommodating, He gave us more milk for our coffee when he realised we were going to the shop for some, let us keep our cars on the car park for a few hours even after we had booked out which saved us a small fortune and even gave me some cream for my skin. This kind of personal service you cannot get at the larger chain hotels. We will defo visit this place.

Clean bedding, clean bathroom, quiet, lots of tea, coffee and sugar. Staff were lovely, friendly and warm. Perfect location, 10 mins from the beach and activities, 6 mins from the train station, 1 min from the go local shop, 2 mins from some lovely quaint pubs and restaurants. No bells or whistles, just clean, quiet and cheap. Definitely using again.

Nothing. There's a couple of remnants from lockdown, which tbh is to be expected. But they're getting round to sorting everything and honestly, no complaints.

The accommodation was closed to the city centre, we had the possibility to park our car over the night. The room was big.

During the night it was very noisy as there were other people staying in the same house. Some of the occupants were looking a little bit strange, and the front yard was not illuminated. And at the bathroom, it should have been done some work as the flooring is pulled out, and the furniture from there is rusty.

We had rm 7 and 8 family with 2 teenagers room 7 was a little smaller but a good size. The accommodation was clean not perfect but clean. Very good for the price. Room 8 you can watch the sun set from the bed.

The stairs we were in the top floor which was a bit of a climb. The toilet seat was wobbly but that is almost not worth mentioning. The bed was hard but that's just personal preference.

Really good value budget stay, very helpful staff. I was two hours late arriving so nearly midnight, but they stayed up and around to let me in - it’s an unmanned place - and Sean even came out to look for me to check I could find the place. Really good.

It’s cheap and cheerful, nothing not to like so long as you bear in mind you are staying somewhere cheap

The staff here went above & beyond for my 9 year old niece we was originally put the sister hotel but because the Wi-Fi was working they moved us to another room in a different building so my niece could use the WiFi there she was one happy girl..such lovely friendly staff

Great value and clean room. Ok location, was within walking distance of most places. I had facilities such as a kettle which was a bonus on a morning.

Staff were there to greet me and the first night of the stay but I didn’t see anyone after that.

The beds were comfortable and clean showers good and clean near to pub at end of road and food plus close to front wasn't worth money for one night what we paid as could do with a lickof paint and carpets cleaning but in all fair Ness would say more for workers not holiday makers

Really good location, handy for all things to do in Southport. Nice large clean room with full size under counter fridge, Microwave and Kettle, Bathroom nice and clean with a good shower. The staff were friendly and pleasant, happy to provide extra Coffee, Tea etc. Overall a nice relaxing place to stay.
