Love the hotel it's very modern and clean throughout and just far enough away from Lord Street to be quiet but close enough to walk to everything, excellent continental warm breakfast basket done fresh is a lovely touch and prepared and served by the owner who the nicest friendliest man you could meet and along with his lovely daughter behind the fantastic well stocked bar in the evening they make a great team and make you so welcome it's like visiting friends, second time we have stayed and it won't be the last, definitely our go to place in Southport now.

There isn't anything to dislike it's a gorgeous hotel and bar and excellent location

We were upgraded to a luxury room which was lovely. The ensuite was warm, spacious with 2 shower heads..a rain shower along with a hand shower head. The towels were huge, soft and thick! The bed was big and so comfortable. The breakfast is truly continental, with salami, ham, cheese and pastries. A warm friendly relaxing family feeling in the bar too, which has a terrific selection of gins! So good we're planning our next visit

A great spot. Hosts are super-friendly and helpful, while giving space to enjoy your stay. The bar area is a good facility in a small hotel. We were a little nervous about breakfast with it being Continental (this is made clear at booking) but it was actually very generous and tasty. The beds are very clean and comfortable.

The only thing letting down the hotel is cleanliness in the rooms. The beds were immaculate, however rooms themselves really need a deep clean. Hate to say this as the hosts are so lovely & I would be giving 10/10 if the rooms were cleaner.

The hotel was excellent. The room was spotless, nicely decorated with modern facilities and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is a short walk to either the sea front or to the shops on Lord Street. The continental breakfast was very good (cereals, fruit, yoghurts and a selection of warm pastries - lovely). This is a family run hotel and they clearly take pride in everything about it. I would not hesitate to book here again, in fact, if I am going to Southport this will be my first choice.

No on-site parking. However, there is free on-road parking within 100 m of the hotel. Blue badge holders will be able to park directly outside the hotel for free.

Lovely friendly people, the continental breakfasts was a random delight (I can't convey how nicely random it was) room was spotless and the bathroom was very Instagrammable (I don't have social media but I understand the concept) If you know your way around Southport it's in the perfect location (turn left out of the hotel then left at the end of the street, walk 150m and you've the main shops on your left) I will 100% be staying again

Lovely little hotel and bar situated within a short walk from Southport town centre and the Marine lake. The lady who greeted us on arrival and who also served us at breakfast was brilliant. Very helpful and attentive. Continental breakfast was nice with a good selection and presented in a hamper to your table. The room was a cosy small double with a modern feel and modern bathroom. Great powerful, hot shower.

The only things we were slightly disappointed about was the TV had no channels available to watch atall. Also the shower seemed to only have shampoo and no shower gel. Maybe this was just accidentally missed though. Finally the radiator in the bathroom was ridiculously hot and didn't seem to have any control to turn it off or down. It was so hot to the point you could easily burn yourself by just catching it. A simple warning sign is all it needs in this case.

This little gem is a perfect location for the centre. Very Modern and clean. The air con is a bonus. Lovely bar attached with outdoor seating. And the price was amazing. The chap who greeted us was very friendly. Took us to the room and explained how to use everything. Which was amazing touch. Little things like that, make a massive difference. We will definitely be coming back 😊

Nothing really

the hotel is located in a quiet area, absolutely close to everything. by car every few minutes. the staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. the breakfast is wonderful, very delicious. the rooms and the hotel are clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms and the bathroom are beautifully decorated. the family room has separate rooms for children and adults. I definitely recommend it to couples or families. we will go another time!!!

everything was perfect !!!

The location is fantastic! Quiet but a short walk from everything. The family who run it are wonderful, so lovely, friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the family room, it was great as it had two separate bedrooms rather than one big shared one. The kids also loved having their own room and tele. The continental breakfast was very cute too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Can’t really say there was anything I didn’t like but would say the bathroom needed a deep clean.

It was very clean, modern, decorated beautifully, very spacious, we had the family room which had 2 separate bedrooms. The staff were very friendly. Nice bar area. Lovely continental breakfast.

Check in wasn’t until 3pm we arrived at 2pm in the hope we might be able to use the bathroom before going out but it was closed so there was no access to any facilities.
