The location was excellent right on the highway. It was perfect for us because it was only 5 minutes from our son's house.

Housekeeping didn't clean the room during our 4 night stay. They knocked on the door on the 2 day, we were still in bed and said give us a few minutes. There was not a do not disturb flag for the room. They knocked on the door check out day at 8:30 which I thought was too early if check out is 12. I had to ask for towels twice during the stay. This is a wonderful hotel that is quiet and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

My family and I were shockingly surprised. We have had a couple of bad stays at hotels and was nervous with this one but it was wonderful and we will be staying here again. I have family here, my mother is originally from here, so I visit very year. Now I know where I can go to stay instead of having to drive 4 hours back home.

I really can't think of anything to be honest. We were greeted, everyone was friendly. We had no issues thankfully. I'm happy my cousin recommended this place. He had family traveling from other parts to stay here too from Charlotte, up North and we all agreed as we came together to celebrate my aunts 70th birthday.

Breakfast was very good. All the food was hot and there was plenty of food. We really liked the little shelf in the bathroom where we could sit all our toilet articles and not take up space on the vanity itself. We loved the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, etc. that was in pump containers and very easy to get to. We have always loved staying at Hampton Inns but can't afford to stay there very often due to the cost but we wanted comfort this trip and decided to pay the higher price. It was a very nice stay for us.

Safe location, check -in was quick,friendly staff, room was very clean, beds were ultra comfortable, wonderful large screen t.v.,shower and water pressure was outstanding, lots of near by restaurants, Walmart and dollar tree close for last minute items. In all a 10 !!!!

Mini frig could have been colder for my soda and water.

Facility was clean and the staff was friendly. I went down to get some extra bath towels and the clerk grabbed them for me quickly.

The pillows were a little too soft. I would have appreciated a mix of firm and soft pillows

Excellent location for my needs. Very nice staff. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Room service provided when requested.

COVID is over. Perform housekeeping daily. During the COVID epidemic limiting exposure was now necessary, now it’s just cheap. At $200 per night, clean and tidy my room!

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

The bed hurt my back. It was too soft. Also, the toilet was very low and hard for a senior citizen to use. Please consider installing higher toilets.

The breakfast wasn't bad due to all the options. The more options the better! The drinks were good.

The eggs, potatoes and bacon were not good. You could tell they were powered and the potatoes tasted microwaved. The more options the better! More bath clothes, two aren't enough.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was easy to find and close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was above average.

We had a few minor issues with the room but Kim took care of this promptly.

Very quiet room, comfortable bed and a nice chair with footrest.

Slow checkin. Ladies were changing shifts and the one coming on was slow to check me in.
