A great hotel with many extra services included that made the stay feel more special than expected. These included the welcome drink, late night ramen and really good onsen and post onsen snacks. The breakfast was quite interesting with some local good dishes. The room itself was decent and had everything needed. Location was good - in a traditional old shopping arcade.

Despite the recent renovation the room still felt a bit old with a dark toilet/shower area. Rooms are definitely quite small as well.

The room was impressively spacious and well-designed, offering far more comfort and layout efficiency compared to most typical hotel rooms in Japan. The rooftop onsen with a direct view of Mt. Fuji is simply breathtaking—an unforgettable highlight that adds tremendous value to the stay. Truly a must-experience for those seeking relaxation paired with iconic natural scenery.

Breakfast service ends rather early, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer to sleep in or enjoy a slow-paced morning.

This is a typical Dormy Inn with a wonderful onsen, great amenities, friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet my room was, and caught up on lost sleep. I left feeling so relaxed and ready to get back to work. I went to the Onsen two or three times a day and it was never busy. I love the fact that it’s close to my favorite vegan restaurant and lots of other places. Added bonus – – you can see Mount Fuji from the rooftop onsen.

It is a bit of a hike to the train station, but it’s pretty flat, so that’s OK as long as the weather is nice.

I so enjoyed my stay here! The room was stylish and very comfortable, and the public bath was great, with a proper cold bath to enjoy between sessions in the sauna or relaxing at the outdoor bath. Then there were all the freebies - probiotic drinks in the morning, ice cream in the afternoon and evening, and ramen for a late evening snack.

I like the free usage of washing machine. Room is big enough for me. Free late night supper before 11pm. Very quiet environment which I like. Clean sheet before checked-in as I had skin itches on the first night in La Vista Furano, hence, I told the staff in Kofu branch that I require a clean sheet before sleeping. I have also requested for a city view, it was great. Also, I have requested front-desk staff to assist in booking for fruit picking Yamanashi. It was great that they managed to assist me on it as I had no Japanese phone number. Breakfast selection is lesser than what Furano La Vista offered and only ice cream is offered at night at the onsen level.

If there is private onsen, it would be great. The morning and night public bath is always crowded and noisy. The distance is approximately 15 minutes walk from Kofu Station and it would be best to go via the roundabout instead of cutting through the Kofu castle ruins because you don't want to be carrying your stuff up and down the stairs and slope. Would prefer if the probiotic drink was offered night time as well instead of just morning.

The rooftop onsen needs to be highlighted. Serene setting with a nice view, lots of amenities, free ice bars and massage chair - the onsen is on par with that of a ryokan. Twin room has a good size, double rooms are smaller but still decent. Kind and competent staff. Great breakfast, with many local options. Good free noodles for an evening snack. Overall, great value for money.

It is in a very nice neighborhood with many restaurants and bars. The Onsen is located on the 10th floor and offers a beautiful view of the mountains and Mt. Fuji. I was early and left the luggage at the reception, staff then already placed it in my room when I arrived. This is service is not very common these days and I appreciated it very much.

There's onsen in this hotel and they provide free ramen for supper. Room is small. There is a shopping street next to the hotel but we arrived on a Sunday evening and most of the shops and eateries were closed, leaving us with limited choice for dinner. The nearer location with eateries are about 1km away and we did not want to walk that far out so just settled with what we could find.

First time at this hotel in Kofu. And I must admit - great staff, great breakfast, nice rooms and location. And the hotspring onsen is so great and relaxing!

Sadly the Kofu Ginza has seen better days...but this is not a hotel problem.

Like the onsen and the free soba for supper at the restaurant. The hotel also provides free Yakult and ice cream throughout the night. It is nice having some snacks after onsen. There is a shopping street next to the hotel. There are many eateries there but we reached the hotel on a Sunday night and most of the eateries and shops were closed.

The room is small.
