We had to book as an emergency as our air bnb was not satisfactory . Everything about this hotel was perfect . The staff Francesa & Antonio couldn’t do enough for us . The hotel was spotlessly clean and the added bonus of coffee and water in the reception was fantastic .

The only criticism was lack of drawers in the bedroom and there was a large open space next to the wardrobe that could do with a hanging rail for full length clothes . Also 4 coat hangers were not enough so a few more would be useful , The balcony’s didn’t appear finished and the description on booking.com said the room had a pool view when in fact none of the rooms do . It’s a minor point but the listing should be updated to reflect this

Coralia is conveniently sited right in the centre, a few minutes' walk from the ferry terminal, restaurants, eateries and the dive shops. Being new, everything in the room was new and comfortable. The rooftop pool is refreshing to have, though there isn't a bar. Get your drinks from Oxxo or 7-11 nearby. Antonio and Francesca are lovely and friendly people, professional and welcoming. Antonio's recommendation of Coz Coffee Roasters was spot on and we had that for breakfast every single morning. Would not hesitate to recommend Coralia. Cleanliness is impeccable with very comfortable beds.

Rooms facing the front could be better soundproofed

A centrally located, modern hotel that is clean and features a lovely rooftop terrace with spacious rooms. However, there were some drawbacks: the room lacked sufficient storage space, with limited shelves, wardrobes, and drawers. There were no hanging options in the bathroom, so personal items had to be placed on the floor, which reduced comfort. The shower door didn’t close properly, causing the bathroom to flood. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and flexible. When my travel companion fell ill with a stomach bug, they arranged for us to move to a second room in the middle of the night. For a short stay, this hotel is a solid choice.

I had a great stay at Coralia and will definitely go back. The location is great, easy to walk to from the ferry terminal. The staff were great (in particular Francesca & Antonio), who always greeted you with a smile every time you walked through the lobby. They were also always happy to help and provide information or recommendations. The room was exactly as advertised and was spotless.

Nice place in the island center, close to everything . Very clean and nice roof where you can see the sunset and enjoy the view. The rooms are really nice, and the staff as well. They came towards us with adjusting our booking though to weather conditions.

The rooms are smaller than expected - smaller than the photos and smaller than whats written in Booking. It makes the bathroom a bit dense, where water from the shower can get everywhere in the bathroom. The elevator doesn’t work, I saw it is written for a few months so it’s not clear why they don’t fix it. Of course those things doesn’t ruin the overall experience, which was great.

Less than a 5 min from the ferry, as we did not rent a cart his was very convenient. Not noisy at all and great location near shops & restaurant. A well rated car rental nearby to explore the island. Beautiful view from the terrace with a pool, which we basically had to ourselves. Very nice staff we got every information we needed. We recommender a lot to travellers without a car.

Only a couple recommendations as the hotel is quite new: the massive window facing the street offers little privacy and the roll-up curtain is the only solution but completely blocs out the sunlight then. We would recommend installing curtains. We also missed some basics, like hangers in the bathroom and a light above the mirror, but those are details.

Location is fantastic - very close to the main plaza and within the vibrant shopping street Roof top pool is nice and always clean and well prepared. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. You get extra coffee and the (24*7) which is ideal when jet lagged Lighting in the bedrooms are very nice too. WIFI works excellent and is fast.

Beds are small - it is claimed a Queen size, but it is smaller. For one person is fine, for two is challenging and not comfortable.

The hotel looks and feels very new. The room was comfortable and very modern. Bathroom was also great with the walk-in shower with phenomenal shower / water pressure. The staff was also incredible -- super helpful and responsive. The rooftop pool, bar space and view were even better than expected. Cleaning staff did a great job every night too.

There was one night where the restaurant next door had very loud music until 1am and the glass door leading outside to the balcony was not enough to keep the noise out. Other than that one night (of 6), no issues.

The hotel was beautiful, like in the pictures. Reception is open 24/7 and they were very helpful and welcoming, and there was always free coffee! Rooftop is lovely and you could get your own food and drinks there. Location close to the harbour, right in the middle of restaurants and center. Room was pretty and clean. I would definitely stay again! The only thing I would change I would add some kind of drying rack to the balcony, since it is really hard to dry clothes inside.
