Perfect place to fully enjoy San Miguel! 5min walk from everything so easy. Incredible customer service!!! I've chosen this stay to work remotely in the morning and enjoy cozumel in the afternoons and on my arrival the internet speed wasn't fast enough. Once I notify the staff, they promptly fix the issue within couple of hours giving me a fast internet 🎉 they are super attentive and happy to help! In the morning there is always fresh fruit which I love it! And the pool area was a nice relaxing oasi.

Being in the centre you need to consider that you might hear town noises during the day (which for me was fine as I was mostly out). And in the evening was always pretty quiet a part of Saturday night. All of this didn't bother me but is good to know in base of the kind of holiday you want to do.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating, especially Carlos at the front desk. The location is great because it's about 2 blocks away from the ferry and compound is beautiful. They also allow you to park your motorcycle/scooter right in front of your room door, which is convenient.

The floor in the room has a lot of holes and marks. Even though the room was clean, it made it seem dirty with all the marks. The lampshades were full of dust. The pool was dirty and the beds by the pool were dirty and stained.

Location perfect just a short stroll for all the action and ferry port. Bed huge and comfy, shower hot and reasonable pressure for the island. Coffee, fruit,pastries out every morning. Had fridge which was great and a safe. Cleaning staff leave sweets and towel art with rose petals. Pool area peaceful and plenty of comfy beds/ cabanas. I would highly recommend this place.

If I had to be really picky I would say the pool area needs a bit of weeding and repainting but we still loved it. The mattress topper has plastic under it which made me feel a bit like a hospital bed, I guess it is more hygienic this way though. We have extended our stay in cozumel and gone to a place nearby for half the cost. It’s not as nice but just as comfy so if this hotel was a bit cheaper I would have definitely extended here.

Location was quiet, yet just two blocks away from all the shops and restaurants. Room was well insulated, I kept my AC on during the day at 28C and it was totally fine when I came back in the afternoon. Decent bathroom and shower. Breakfast was juice, coffee and some fruit and sweet rolls. Not too much. But I was out early every morning so for me it was totally fine. Pool area was just as the pictures. Pretty plants everywhere and well taken care of. Plants are nice.

Didn't have much interaction with the staff. But there was no need to. I was happy Don’t expect much from breakfast.

We very much liked the hotel, in particular we appreciated the extra service received from Diego and Carlos who did everything to make our stay even more comfortable and provided us with all the precious tips and recommendations we needed during our stay, thanks very much to both of them :-)

The only downside was the "breakfast included"mentioned in booking.com since it was not really a breakfast, just a few pastries brought in the morning + coffee and tea

Nice minimalistic design of the facility and rooms. Friendly staff. Not bad breakfast, especially compared to other breakfast in hotels we stayed on island and mainland. There were pastries from supermarket, fresh mango juice, coffee/tea, milk. Bed sheets, towels were clean. Pool and cabanas were also nice. It’s good place to stay, if you don’t mind party noises from the street all night.

Noises from street, it’s disturbing when you just want to relax and spend calm evening at hotel. There were mold on the ceiling. Toilet had an odor. Water from the sink spreads everywhere including your clothes, it’s just weirdly settled. Water was barely flowing after 15 min in shower. Mattress wasn’t comfortable, every movement disturbs person on the other side.

This is a wonderful hotel. It has a small reception that is manned most of the day. The rooms are very modern and the beds are very comfortable. Very good AC. Rooms are quiet. Quite a good shower. Nice to have a fridge in the room The hotel is a short walk from the harbour where boats from Playa Del Carmen arrive.

Only issue was the lack of a functioning WI-FI. I raised this on arrival but it didn’t work for my full stay.

Gorgeous hotel in great location. I found it quiet and peaceful. Great to have a fridge in the room and access to water and hot drinks was just fab! The shower was great, and I was happy to have some outside space to sit and read. The pool and communal areas were great too. I had a bicycle rented and it was brilliant to be able to leave it just outside my room.

Very central location, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and a nice property in general.

Could use a shower at the pool. Also got woken up at 7 one morning by a staff member having a very loud phone call while going up and down the property :(

The hotel was super close to the main centre but still quite at night which I appreciated. The hotel is really ordered with easy access from the street and to the room with key codes. There is a light breakfast of fruit and coffee and bread rolls in the morning if you fancy and the sun loungers and pool area are great (though I must confess I didn't use the pool).

The room could be a little cleaner and some things looked a little tired but for the price and location I think it was fab.
