This was my second stay at the Kinta Kan. The location is ideal - two blocks from Cozumel Dive School, close to local taquerias, downtown and the airport. Soft beds, cool air conditioning, and good WiFi. Love the pool and the staff.

While it is clean, some maintenance could be done. The toilet paper holder was broken and fan rattled. The continental breakfast is simple, but coffee is good! The price for the comfort is an amazing value! Will stay again!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great, shower was hot, wifi worked great, and the beds were comfy. The location is close to many local taquerias and not far from the airport, ocean, Winjet/Ultramar, and good shopping. The hotel was inexpensive, yet had all the comforts of a big hotel. The scooter rental was handy and the pool was great to rest when hot. The hotel kept our suitcases until the afternoon when we flew out - and gathered a jacket and charger that I left in the room. Breakfast is a bonus. I will return!

The place is really nice, the rooms are comfortable, the staff was kind and the common areas are nice. The room I was had a desk which surprisingly is not that common, so it's a great option if you need to travel and work.

The breakfast seemed a bit basic, not a great presentation and not many options. It was ok but I was expecting something more for the price I paid.

Very friendly staff. Though the pool is small, it’s deep enough to swim. Our family used the pool every morning for refreshment and it was wonderful.

Some more maintenance in the room could potentially make the place more like a boutique hotel.

Second time staying at the hotel and it offers excellent value. The staff answer questions quickly and they are very accommodating. We needed to check in early and had rental bikes dropped off and none of these 2 things were an issue. The rooms are simple but perfect for an overnight stay. The area is quiet at night.

The bathrooms need a proper shower door that can be closed. The water goes right through the wooden slats.

We spent 6 nights at Kinta Kan and everything was good. The pool is a nice addition to the hotel. Quiet neighbourhood.

It is a hotel boutique, but it still has some room for improvement. Indeed they are making renovations to add more rooms. The bathroom of our room was quite small.

Overall we had a good stay, it's a good value for the money, pool was nice and clean, hotel was 10 minutes by walk to center. Breakfast was okay (cereal, milk, toast, jam, fruits, coffee, fruit tea)

It had a hostel-vibe as the breakfast was self-served with a request to clean your dishes. The fridge in the room was very loud, not for a loud sleeper. The receptionist on our arrival didn't speak any English, but somehow we managed to understand each other

Overall it is very good value for money. The room was big, the bed was very comfortable, there were soaps and towels available. The pool is very nice and in the afternoon the big tree helps with the shade. The staff was very friendly, they found my husbands lost weddingring. The breakfast is ok. They provide fruit, boxed juice, milk, different kind of cereal, simple bread to toast and some spreads like peanutbutter. It is like a buffet and afterwards you wash your own dishes. It is nice that you can use the kitchen.

When we arrived we spend an half hour on catching mosquitos. A clamboo would have been nice. But big plus, the mosquitos did not return! Probably the door has been held open too long or something before our arrival. The first night we asked for earlier breakfast because we would go diving. The staff said they would put it out in the night for us, so we could use it in the morning. But she didn't, she probably forgot, since the good intention was there. However, it was a bummer since at that point we needed to rush to 7/11 to get some breakfast.

the rooms are a bit old - u can feel that they need to be renovated

The accommodations were affordable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. We especially appreciated that the establishment had on-site scooters available to rent, which made exploring much more convenient.
