The view from the room across the hills to the mountains was fantastic. The serenity, when the only thing you hear is the core bells and the birds is so relaxing Only a couple minute walk to the chair life to get up the mountain for hiking or skiing or a nice hike down the mountain to the lake The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating

Absolutely amazing view of the mountains from the room, and a very good breakfast.

The room was a little old but the price was good for Switzerland; everything was comfortable so that was ok

Wonderful view over the Walensee to the mountains opposite. Good breakfast and Italian-style food at dinner. The member of staff who helped carry our bags down to the room.

29 steep steps down to our room, not mentioned beforehand. The parking set-up is rather odd, about 50 yards away in front of an apartment building, This was unfortunate as it was pouring with rain on both our arrival and departure.

The view from the hotel rooms and from the restaurant was amazing. The service was great and the food at the restaurant both breakfast and dinner was fresh and delicious. European standards and Swiss specialties, something for everyone. The hotel location was excellent, we were able to access many beautiful hiking trails by foot.

Amazing hotel and host , comfy beds, the views are breathtaking and really delicious breakfast. Really had an amazing time at this hotel.

Beautiful room with views of the mountains. Comfy bed, plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Free sparkly water in the room. Great breakfast.

The church bells never stopped and it was too hot to close the windows.

The beds were tiptop, the food at the restaurant was amazingly good, I was surprised to see only me and my son for two nights in a row in a restaurant of that quality. The view of our room was breathtaking, and the shower iwas really good. Very friendly and helpful staff

Breakfast was delicious! The chef even whipped out a delicious vegan option and made sure that everyone who slept through breakfast had enough. The staff were incredible and improved the stay so much. The room had the most beautiful view I've ever seen and was clean and comfortable. It's close to the lifts and great hiking whether by foot or by bus.

On Saturday night, the bar above us was rather loud. Other than that, everything was perfect!
