The hotel and our room was great. Can not fault it! The room was big, with a kitchenette, washing machine, dryer and clothes rack. The bed was soft and comfortable. The aircon worked great. It's a short walk to American Village, and the Araha beach, which has a stinger net and offers other water activities like parasailing. There is two supermarkets close by, there is also numerous bars, but lacking local food unless you want burgers and American food each night. The park and the beach, along with the view from the room was fantastic.

Location is really close to the beach. From the room the ocean view was impeccable. Can watch the sunset from the comfort of the room. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Able to loan free beach towels every morning to facilitate visits to the beach. There is a foot wash corner at the hotel so you can wash off the sand after getting back. Rooms are generally clean.

Room facilities are dated and not particularly well-maintained. Huge scuff marks by the sofa. The bed and pillows were way too soft. TV not able to do Chromecast.

The view from the room is gorgeous, there's chairs and table on the balcony. The room is equipped with a lot things that made our stay easier and more enjoyable- washing machine, dryer, drying rack, coffee/tea machine, kitchen and utensils etc. Staff was friendly and very helpful whenever we needed something. They also offer a mini breakfast included in the price- pastries and coffee/tea in the morning.

The hotel is located close to the military base and sometimes there's military jets flying over the hotel all day long and it gets very noisy. I enjoyed seeing them flying over the sea as a novelty but if you want to sleep during the day or want to stay somewhere very quiet you might want to choose a different neighborhood in Okinawa. It's not the issue of this particular hotel- more of the whole area.

Lovely balcony with beautiful view. Large bedroom with minifridge and kitchenette. Washer and dryer in the bedroom. Located near American Village, which has lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Also walking distance to Aeon. Free bike to use free of charge which was very appreciated and we made the most of it. Nice staff who were helping with car rentals, bus to take, taxi booking, etc...

Breakfast consisted of 3 tiny pastries and a cup of coffee. Would prefer to pay a bit more and have a more adequate breakfast but this option does not exist. Room we had was in need of redecorating with wallpaper peeling off.

Location is right on the water with a swimming beach an easy 5 minute flat walk. Room is simple with small shower and separate toilet. Rooms have washer/dryer and microwave which all were very handy. The use of free bikes was also a bonus. We rode to Aeon and American village - very easy and pleasant ride. The WiFi and Aircon also work really well. We had no issues at all.

The breakfast is an easy 3 pastries in a bag which we usually kept in our bags for snacks for our teenagers. There is a coffee machine with decent coffee too. But if you want an actual great strong coffee I highly recommend Hale Noa Cafe , a less than 5 min walk away with yummy breakfasts and the best coffee we had in Okinawa 👍 The only negative about the rooms would be that when you step out of the shower there is no door, so if traveling with friends it may not be ideal.

The location is great for this hotel. Close to a lot of food and dining options, and a fantastic view of the ocean and sunset. For the money, you really cannot beat the location. I also appreciated the pull out bed for the kids.

It is not so much what I did not like as what could be done to put the hotel over the top. There are some small needs in the room that would make it great, and I would not advertise as having a breakfast, when it was just croissants as the only "food" option. The room needs a broom and dustpan to sweep if you are going to be that close to the beach and sand. It also needs more hanging options for towels and other things near the bathroom. Finally, some channel options in English would have also been appreciated. Finally, the futon, while providing extra sleeping options, really is hard as a rock. Would recommend either adding some padding to it, or getting a new one.

The place is close to the beach n the room is big compared to the same size b&b n it is very nice to have the free laundry machine and dryer in the room.But we can hear the upstairs footsteps at night which means the sound proofing isn’t good enough from room to room.

They don’t supply the room service daily and they don’t supply the bottled water daily unless you ask the staff at the counter.Most of the staff are friendly,only one is very impatient when I asked for bottled water and actually we didn’t get the extra ones but each bottle per person a day.

The staff was very friendly. They gave me information about the things and happenings in the area I could visit. The room was spacious and every day I got treated with a nice sunset and military jets flying by. The bathroom and kitchen also looked clean, I liked the large sink and spacious shower. The hotel is close to Kadena Military airbase. American Village and the beach is within walking distance.

The room I had really needs a fresh look. The wooden furniture on the balcony is on point of falling apart (1 wooden part of the chair already cracked in 2) and the table was flaking off. Some spots in the curtains were ripped, the pillows on the couch were ripped as well. The TV controller was just too gross to touch and the bedsheets had yellow and black stains. And also here, the sheets of the pillow had several holes in it. The staff took my complaint seriously and have sent housekeeping again. The room is cleaned only once every 5 days. I had no kitchen towels to dry my dishes so I had to use bathroom towels for that. Housekeeping threw away my slippers and coffee/tea wasn't refilled. The cutting knife was blunt too. The breakfast you get here ain't special, I rather call it a snack.

Love the hosts, especially our island mom during the day! Location is great for walking everywhere and on the boardwalk. Views are great! Bed super comfortable. Love that we have courtesy umbrellas and bikes and pastries for breakfast. Amazing water pressure in the shower.

Ac vent blows on face while sleeping. Got pretty congested during stay. Spare sleeper couch had no support and was on its last day...we couldn't use it and just got super close sleep instead.

Overall the room was a good size and location was ideal for where we wanted to be. I liked that they had a washer and dryer in room and that they provide a morning snack for breakfast, usually pastry and juice/coffee. The view from the room was stunning.

Overall the room wasn’t the most comfortable. The sofa was hard and the bed was dipped in the middle. It didn’t bug us. The cleanliness wasn’t very thorough but it wasn’t terrible either.
