Amazing location!! Breakfast was good Really big bathroom but don't need soooo big.

The division of the room. Big bathroom but no place to put our products although there was room to add a little furniture in the corner.. But seriously, this bathroom was proportionally to big compare of the rest of the room. No room to pull the chair cause was touching the bed. We were squeezed! Finally for the light sleepers be aware thar there is sort of a small window on the ceiling.. fun during day time. But not so in the morning. Finally... the beds.. it was a problem for all our baltes countries trip. Way to hard for us!! (But again, that's personal)

Great hotel in the center of Palanga. Our room on the 5th floor had partial glass walls and ceiling with great view into the sky and trees. Breakfast was great even it was crowded in the breakfast area. Soundproof walls, very quiet at night. Beds are comfy. All surrounding is very clean. Staff superb. parking isn't free, but also the price is resonable for this part of town and it's underground - very safe and comfortable to come directly into hotel with an elevator.

The only one missunderstanding: it wasn't a bathtub in the room, just a shower. I had an impresion it will be a bathtub from pictures in the booking.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, very comfortable and clean rooms and overall surroundings of the hotel. Enjoyed the outdoors seating area which was very spacious and well done. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. Would definitely come back! We were also allowed to access the room earlier which is always appreciated. The property has underground parking right under the hotel, even with EV charging infrastructure available, and for a very good price.

Clean and comfortable room, equipped with a kitchenette so you can cook your own food. Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, very central location. Pretty good sound isolation, despite Basanavičiaus street being nearby. There is an underground parking, and if it's busy, you can leave the car in the open-air paid parking on the opposite side of the street. Nice spa, although a bit small for the amount of people that are allowed in.

You have to pay an additional fee for the spa and for parking - I would expect this to be included into the room price.

Spacious bathroom. Great location literally few minutes walk from Palanga’s bridge. Underground secured parking is a bonus. Friendly staff at Reception as well as housekeeping. Clean room.

Parking spaces are terrifying narrow. Room itself quite small however has lovely large windows. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Poor selection, average quality, buffet located in such a small space that hardly can navigate. Food entirely hygienic. Tables were not cleaned either. Didn’t enjoy coffee neither.

The staff were very friendly, the continental breakfast was also great, and they had a great selection of pastries. The room itself was spacious and had a small window on the ceiling, which let us see some stars. We also got to see some fireworks through the window.

The window was a bit dirty and it was unfortunate that our room was on the side of the main street, which was quite loud in the evening.

Perfect location, very nice selection of food during breakfast. Great breakfast coffee! Clean, has kitchenettes, heated floor in bathrooms is a nice plus. Very good AC which makes the stay comfortable!

There was no WIFI (temporary issue) throughout our entire 3 night stay which made me experience stress - I suddenly needed to make work related video calls which used up all of my own data. Breakfast area is a bit too small and gets crowded. Bed was a little too hard for my husband. Also, the UPA Cafe downstairs was closed, although not the hotel's fault, but a disappointment.

I visit Palanga several times a year. So far, I have stayed in competitive hotels. But a unique offer tempted me to stay overnight at Grand Baltic Dunes. Location - you won't find anything better. Right on Basaneviciaus Street - a few hundred meters from the sea. The room - tastefully finished, beautifully and elegantly finished. Very clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room also has a mini kitchen - a very convenient solution when you want to prepare something to eat or drink. The room is very quiet and well soundproofed - which should be remembered when staying in high season. The main promenade is quite noisy and not all hotels located on the promenade are able to keep the rooms quiet. Therefore, I can confidently recommend a stay at the hotel. I cannot forget about the staff - smiling and very helpful ladies. An additional advantage was the ability to leave the bike in the underground garage! My next stay in Palanga will also be spent at Grand Baltic Dunes.

Perhaps the breakfast is not very diverse - but everyone will find something for themselves. Fresh and very tasty products.

Conveniently located, clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, adequate closet and drawer space, good shower and great bath towels. Had an issue with hot water and staff resolved it in a timely manner. Good breakfast.

There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but it wasn’t self serve. Felt like an imposition to ask staff for a cup of coffee. Breakfast area was tiny so we had to choose a time slot the day before. A minor inconvenience.

The location is excellent, right in the center of Palanga, near the main pedestrian street lined with souvenir shops and restaurants. The hotel offers underground parking. It is wheelchair accessible, and I had no trouble using my wheelchair throughout the hotel. The restaurant offers a variety of tagliatelle dishes, which were quite delicious. As they say, Hasta la pasta! The coffee was good, and the Old Fashioned met expectations. The profiteroles were more like pancakes, lacking both the choux pastry and cream - but that was fine.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant, but the space allocated for the food tables is small and cramped. Despite it being Sunday morning, people started arriving right at the beginning of breakfast, and everyone seemed hungry. As a result, it became difficult to access the food, and queues quickly formed.
