We really liked this hotel, especially the service from everyone, which was superb. Hotel has a fantastic view on mountains and is very close to the ski lift (300m) We also really liked the shuttle that took us every day to the ski lift and back, plus also ski box that every room has for storage of ski equipment. Garage is available and for free (note some places are narrow for bigger cars). Food was great and definitely is worth having half board included. Room was spacious and clean. SPA was nice and we loved outside hot tubs with Mountain View. it was worth spending the money on this hotel and we will definitely come back.

Even though they have a wine cellar with really good wines, the only advice is to remove Pinot Grigio from wine recommendation list since it is really a bad one (that is all :) )

The hotel was in an amazing location as I was there to ski. They provided a shuttle to and from the ski lifts. The hotel provided lockers for skis and the area was well kept. The overall hotel was beautiful, clean, and everyone was polite. The bar was very nice and had amazing drinks. Breakfast options were great and next time, I will try the dinner. The view from my room balcony was amazing. The hotel also had different games for kids and adults throughout. This hotel is a must stay.

Good hotel, honest 4 stars. Although the ski lift was only 400 m away, it was very convenient to use the hotel shuttle, which delivered hotel guests to the ski lift every 5 minutes. Spacious free underground parking, charging for electric vehicles. It was convenient to put on warm ski boots in the ski room and immediately board the shuttle. Nice SPA, indoor pool, especially liked the outdoor jacuzzi. Good breakfasts, excellent dinners. I recommend taking half board. It turns out much cheaper than paying extra for dinner.

Only one slow elevator for a fairly large hotel. The only hot food for breakfast was eggs, but there was a long queue in the morning for the cook who prepared them.

Incredible experience! Just so comfortable location for skiers. Basically you can watch the slopes and lift from the balcony. We loved the spa and the pool outside with the cold water. Also the area for playing games was great, and believe me not only for children 😂 staff just so kind and friendly and supportive! Welcome drink is always a plus 😇

Just a minority - I would add some grilled and cooked vegetables for breakfast.

Everything., especially the staff was very helpful and friendly. I have to especially praise Anna, Eugenia and Ahmed who took care of our breakfasts and dinners. Anna was especially nice to us on the last night when she surprised us with a little tiramisu cake for my upcoming birthday. I must commend the desserts, breakfasts and the large selection of appetizers at dinner. An exceptional selection. We will be back for sure.

Loved the location, very kind staff and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. Everyone made an effort to help us and provide excellent service. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Great bathrobe and slippers service. We loved the shuttle service to the ski area.

Unfortunately our apartment had air in the radiators which reappeared after maintenance released it and caused a loud dripping noise. The pool appeared to have too much chlorine in it. My daughters swimsuit was completely bleached after 1 hour in the pool and we smelled like chlorine for 2 days. My husband and daugter also reacted with eye irritations. We brought it to the staffs awareness and hope the problem will be solved.

Room, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, saunas, breakfast, dinner, garage, service: everything was perfect, above expectations!

Wellness area: drinks were not refilled and the relax area was cold

perfect location, good services, cordial staff, spa was nice and food was excellent, we enjoyed our stay overall

there was an issue with warm water one day and had to wait for an hour to get a shower almost missing dinner and was not pleasant at all-other guests had the same problem too that day.

The hotel is very luxurious and has everything you could ever need.. and much more. Usually in these kind of hotels we feel a bit out of place with all the luxury, but in this hotel the staff really makes you feel at home. Thank you all.

Location was excellent, staff wonderful, lovely decor and ambience. Super efficient shuttle to the ski lifts.

No coffee facilities in the rooms and no tap water available at dinner. Lift is a bit rubbish!
