Location and undercover parking was great. Room was comfortable and quiet. Liked also the ability to plug in USB charging connectors.

I would like charging facilities for my hybrid car. Additionally operating the TV was too complicated. It was locked and I had to call reception to unlock it - she was able to do this over the phone.

Near to the airport, but also good if you come by car, as you do not have to drive into the city. Great location if you are going to the Messe Düsseldorf. Does not take long by car or uber. Breakfast buffet was great. Very comfy bed. The Bar is nice (I recommend an Alt beer), but is only served until 00:00

Bar closes at 00:00 Air conditioning in the hotel room was not controllable, there was a touch panel, but it did not work. I had to pay additional 6 Euro (or so) for some new tax. Please inform your customers, before they arrive about these changes.

Good location within walking distance from both the airport terminal and S-bahn services to Dusseldorf central, very spacious and clean rooms, restaurant food was very tasty, ATM in the lobby for convenience.

The couple times we used the TV it didn't seem to work properly, either because of the systems in there or the remote, not sure which. Otherwise, no real problems.

The fact that the personal was so nice and despite having a technical problem with the access card, they circumverted it. Also was very helpful with food and attractions recommendations

Too short of a stay

Very friendly staff. Very good facilities. Very good clean and quietish room with a lovely comfy bed.

Unfortunately, my room was opposite the lifts and could get noisy with guests talking loudly whilst waiting for the lift. The shower and sink was not a very good design. Nightmare trying to wash in sink and water goes everywhere from the shower due to no door. I appreciate a walk in shower but the water spills out into the floor, and I had to use towels to mop up the floor. No iron and ironing board in room.

Helpful staff, delicious food at the restaurant. Location was easy to find from the airport and has relatively easy access to a local train station into Dusseldorf, room was clean and large for the price.

Room was possibly a little too warm and stuffy, but that might also have just been the time of year. No tea available and as a Brit that was a little disappointing, but maybe Germany doesn't do tea.

5min drive from the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice staff. Good offer for the parking if you need to leave your car for one week. Restaurant is fine with friendly staff

A coffee machine in the room would be appreciated

We could test a blackroll pillow and buy it with a discount afterwards. The bed was also very comfortable. We got snaks and drinks from the bar even after opening hours. Try the alt beer when you are there. Breakfast was really good. Was a good location to go to the Messe (short Uber ride)

Water pressure and temperature in the shower is inconsistent. The bathroom sink looks nice, but is impractical.

The hotel was nice and clean. The location was very close to the airport.

The toiletries needed to be requested and weren't given by default. The restaurant staff was a bit rude. Even though they can see the person is a foreigner, try to talk in German. I took a water bottle in the buffet and was rudely told to put it back. There were many bottles and no clear demarcation that you can or cannot take it to your table. The guy didn't even walk up to my table to say it either. Just shouted from far. Being publicly told off like this is embarrassing. No sense of hospitality.

Room felt very modern and well lit, bathroom was very modern, liked the amenities on demand option menu, bar area looked nice

Bathroom was a touch cramped, already a few signs of wear and tear on the bathroom fittings and sealants. Reading lamp was a bit wobbly.
