Hotel Sunshine was a dream come through accommodation in Santorini Greece. From the moment we stepped in till we left it felt so much like home, the warm reception from the manager and the day receptionist on duty, to the hotel ambience and cleanliness to the beautiful site of the sea just opposite the hotel to the lovely and impeccable room arrangement and a lovely swimming pool behind sorry I missed a luxury of welll cautious English speaking, ever smiling ready to help staffs. *blows kisses muah*. I enjoyed my stay with my friend I went with and I will definitely be back 😘. I could keep documenting my Santorini stay because it was such an amazing stay, I duff my hat.

Nothing to be honest, nothing, I loved everything

Thanks to EasyJet changing our flights we decided to extend our stay for two more nights which proved to be the best decision for us. Not only we could enjoy our stay for longer but thanks to the great hospitality we could enjoy one of two best rooms in the hotel. Firstly we stay in beautiful room overlooking beach and fantastic sunrise every morning and the second one upon swimming pool whit the view at higher mountain of the island. Rooms are beautiful. Hotel location is great, close to the centre of the village, main bus stop where you can take a public bus to the capital or even closer to pick up point for many tours that island have to offer. Swimming with a bar in the back offers some privacy, second bar and a restaurant at the front by the beach whit plenty sun beds where we have drinks and some lunches as well. Absolutely fantastic hotel in perfect location whit perfect crew running this place.  Starting from the reception through the room service, the kitchen provides variety of tasty breakfasts and later lunches and dinner in the restaurant which is run by fantastic crew. Our experience make us planning next stay in this place again as soon as possible.

Everything, it was an exceptional experience, we were made to feel so welcome, everyone was so lovely and friendly, nothing was too much! The hotel really was a Ray of sunshine, we stayed for 3 weeks and the staff and cleaners maintained an 12/10 service! We loved it and our honeymoon was really made a holiday of a lifetime, everything was perfect. The food was alps yummy and the breakfast had loads of variety so even after 3 weeks we were trying new things! The pool was such a refreshing thing to have access too on the lazy hot afternoons! Thanks to everyone at hotel sunshine, we miss you all already!!!

I couldn't even pick something, maybe that the air con machine was not pointed at the bed! :/ but that has nothing to do with anyone or anything.

Everything far exceeded our expectations. The location was out of this world! The private beach is one of the best swimming beaches on the island. The staff were super welcoming and very helpful. Each morning, they greeted us with a friendly smile, we had a giggle and they even taught me some basic Greek language. The staff helped me to book trips and were very accommodating on our final day while we were waiting for departure. The food and drinks in the hotel were amazing in particular the seafood. There was no reason to eat anywhere else (especially with the 10% discount). We ate there for breakfast, lunch and tea most days! I absolutely recommend this hotel! And, hope that, one day, I am fortunate enough to return. Thank you to all staff at Hotel Sunshine for making this a holiday we will never forget.

I didn't like that our holiday eventually came to an end and we had to leave.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location on the sea front. Lovely friendly staff. A special mention to our housekeeper in room 214, she was fantastic all week. She even made a point of looking for my Wife and wishing her a happy birthday!

I emailed 3 weeks before our stay and asked if their restaurant was open for dinner in the evenings. I was told that it was open until 10.30pm daily, and even said we would be entitled to 10% discount as we were staying here. We found when we got there that the restaurant was not open at all. Our only real point that we felt could be improved was the cleanliness around the pool.

We arrived a little early and we got a welcome drink and was allowed to check in to our room. the room was lovely, the staff can't do enough to help you, especially Demetrias and Ellie. the maid service was excellent with lovely towel displays and petals on the bed every day. we didn't use the pool but the beach is right outside so we didn't need to. The morning sunrise was worth getting up early for! Breakfast had lots of choice and was really good we would definitely stay there again if we return to Kamari. .

There isn't anything we didn't like.

The hotel was in a great location and only a few steps from a wonderful beach. The sun beds on the beach were free to hotel guests and beach towels were provided free of charge. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could. The room was cleaned each day and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also had a quiet pool to the rear of the property, which was a good alternative, if you didn’t want to go to the beach. We would definitely stay here again, but ensure we booked a room with a balcony or outside space.

The shower was great with a free supply of gel and shampoo, but it was very small and difficult to wash yourself. The room we were allocated only had a very small balcony which wasn’t even big enough to put chairs on.

The location is great, there is beach right in front of hotel, lots of restaurants and shops around. The room is modern enough and well cleaned daily. The air conditioning works well. The sun coverage is good even in the area of the pool, as in other hotels they may be in shadow from buildings all day, but we didn't use it in the end as the beach is right there. Lots of streets to walk on in the evening, without ever reaching barren land to turn back. There is separate shower room at hotel entrance, so you can stay on beach right until your flight on the last day and still leave fresh. Going somewhere is easy enough too, you could rent a quad or a car and go 30 minutes to the other side of the island for beautiful sunsets.

Genuinely friendly and welcoming staff, they truly made the stay memorable. Location was perfect. Free sunbeds and towel hire was a bonus. Walking distance to bus stop to go to other towns. Dinner in the restaurant was exceptional. Rooms serviced and cleaned every day. Get up early and watch the sunrise from out front, it's well worth it.

The noise. Could hear everything from inside the hallway and adjoining rooms. You could hear the furniture being moved, and things scraping on the floor from early morning, people talking, coughing and using the look (from adjoining bathrooms). Also could do with heavier curtains on the windows as it was very bright.
