The property is very conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. It sits in a gated plot, complete with it's own garden, a gazebo under a large shady tree and ample parking space within the property, in case you are driving there. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and feel like your home away from home. There is an option to order breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast menu was available online. All you need to do is scan the QR code. The hostess Roberta and her husband Cesare are very friendly and helpful and they ensured that we had a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this property.

I liked the place. Is very clean and quite. Is very good for the group of people to stay together. You have everything that you need. Kitchen too cook.

Roberta and Cesare are just wonderful hosts. The house is in walking distance from the centre, the apartment is spotless and comfortable and the price is reasonable. I travelled for work, stayed a week and felt very much at home.

what a wonderful facility! very spacious rooms. very clean. great airco. nice breakfast. sweet staff(owners) parking is good too: out of sight of the road an closed off behind gates. we had the family en-suite: two rooms connected with one room with space for three and one “master” bedroom. our kids want to come back for a longer stay and then also visit Parma. the little nearby village is also lovely. what a find. we will be back!

Cesare and Roberta were very accomodating. We had to change our arrival time to later than originally stated. The place is gorgeous. Photos do not do it justice and it was quiet at night. Would definitely recommend!

The host was unbelievably helpful and kind. I needed a clean place to stay at the last minute on my way to Montepulciano. She was so generous with her time and helped me find a lovely taxi driver. would definitely recommend for the hospitality!

Big Rooms/apartment. Quite place. Good service.

No place for breakfast. They bring to your apartment the breakfast you ordered using google form, not bad, you can eat in your very large room (apartment) , but choice is limited... anyway they are really kind and punctual.

It was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very kind. It exceeded all expectations and we 100% recommend it!

Love it! we stayed here a couple times and everything was amazing and the host is the kindest and made our stay so cozy and wonderful! 5+ stars! cant wait to come again.

The units were exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. It was convenient to central Colorno and the Alma culinary school.
