Room was nice and clean. Very spacioius. Staff super friendly. Close to everything. No problems with request for a later check out. Breakfast and Dinner menu items were fantastic considering not a regular full fledge restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend the French Toast with Strawberries and the Avocado Toast...both very well done in Bistro style. TV in the room is GIANT for a hotel. Rates for weeknight not bad either for the area.

Ended up in a smaller room than before for the King Room, and there was no microwave. Also refrigerature has no freezer. Closet this time in the room was smaller too. Last stay the room was much bigger. The hotel was not full when staying and I requested same size room as last time. So I'm not sure how I ended up with a smaller room without a microwave or balcony. Bathroom wasn't as nice in the smaller room either. Maybe just the luck of the draw on the room assignments though I ordered same size room both times. But the cleanliness of the room and interior design of the room over all still really nice.

The bistro was a convenient spot for decent breakfast choices and coffee. The location was convenient but roadside and unattractive surroundings.

The room was quite dark- no natural light. Marriot is always higher quality but things like asking $6 for a plastic water bottle was ridiculous.

The staff was friendly and helpful, completely professional. The facilities and our room were clean and very comfortable. This is a lovely hotel, and we will return for a stay when we are in the area.

Better instructions for AC/heater controls - the room was chilly, and it was difficult to figure out how to raise the temperature of the AC from 72 to 76, so we turned it off. The hot water at the sink and the shower took a really long time to warm up. Some concerns regarding an emergency event with multiple Fire trucks and Law Enforcement at the facility upon our arrival, and would have preferred an honest explanation from staff when we inquired what was going on.

We travelled in group and i think we had had 5 rooms, I needed a handicapped equipped bathroom and was delighted with the size..the front desk staff both at check in and check out were just wonderful

Quick access to room, no wait time, etc.

I had gotten a "free breakfast" as part of my deal, but no one knew exactly what that meant. There was a lot of confusion around it. You may want to go over the procedures for free breakfasts with the people at the front desk as well as the people running the snack area.

Location and the staff were friendly and helpful!

I like to be able to keep the fan on all night for white noise and air circulation. The unit in my room was not able to be programmed to do that.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The bistro breakfast was fantastic and the room was very nice and smelled amazing!

After 9PM it was really hard to find parking especially on the weekends. After 10 we almost couldn’t find a single spot. There were large trucks parked lengthwise taking up many many spaces and it was really difficult to find a spot that felt secure. For a large hotel and private parking lot, that was problematic and the only real negative of our stay.

Friendly staff. Clean. Convenient - walking distance to grocery, restaurants, coffee shops and the Marin Airporter (for great transport to SFO). Also wonderful Bistro w Starbucks coffees.

Bed is super firm - I like a softer bed.

We booked a King suite and it was great. Our only complaint was the room we were given was right next to the elevator. It was a little noisy, but it didn't disturb us that much.

Very convenient to my company's headquarters, clean and quiet. Pool and courtyard areas are nice. Friendly and helpful staff. They have an onsite "bistro", which had a nice offering of items. I only had coffee so I can't comment on the food.

Way overpriced. The room was drafty. They should offer coffee earlier. The coffee was available for purchase at the "Bistro" which is fine but they didn't open until 6:30 am, a bit late. For the price of the room I would expect free coffee in the lobby by at least 5 am.
