Great location, just above the main street. Walking distance from great restaurants and the bay. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was specious and clean. The bathroom was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

The floor in the room was covered with an old carpet and it didnt feel great to stand on it with bare feet. You need to pay extra for parking. The mattress on the bed was a spring mattress and gave me back pain. I am no longer used to spring mattress

Everything! I had a king room with a balcony which was so beautiful (I didn’t realise it was a shared balcony though but luckily there was no one staying in the adjoining room so I had it al to myself). The sunrise and sunset from the room was so beautiful, definitely a highlight to see and hear the ocean from bed. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights and would definitely come back here again.

We were upgraded to one of the best rooms in the property. As expected, the room/the whole place was quaint, quiet and homey, but also within walking distance from restaurants and the ferry ride.

I was charged USD20, which they said would be returned to my credit card, but was not returned so far. No breakfast with the room, although they provided coffee and water.

A completely laid back and relaxing stay, woke up with the patio doors open overlooking the bay and stayed under the duvet for an extra half an hour just because we could. Parking was fine and a minutes walk from all of Sausalitos fine eateries and shops. The owner recommended Poggio Trattoria for a meal...it was amazing, we went there twice, and he even let me use his fridge in reception to cool a few beers to have on the patio before going out. Thanks for a great end to an emotional holiday.

Only a couple of things...first may be a cultural thing as we were visiting from England, but when in our room of an evening getting ready to go out, there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana from the enclosed courtyard which was obviously the staff, just felt a bit seedy for the price and ambiance of the place. Secondly, be prepared that other balconies overlook your bedroom, stayed in the Magnolia room and realised a bit too late that you have to keep half the curtains closed!! Overall only petty things really compared to how much we enjoyed ourselves...thankyou.

The room was lovely and the staff were excellent! We could walk next door to shopping or across the street to restaurants. And Sausalito is such a quaint lovely town!

It would have been helpful to have a sofa or larger sitting area. And to have a toaster oven or something else in the kitchenette to use other than just a microwave. Due to food allergies I chose that room and location specifically for the kitchenette facilities but it was somewhat lacking. Also some hooks in the bathroom.

I absolutely adore this precious gem of an Inn. A historic Victorian building the rooms are light, bright, cozy, and cheerful! My favorite place to stay close to the waterfront and the galleries the hosts are subtly present, or a phone call away and happy to offer assistance when needed. I absolutely love this home away from home.

We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful little hotel! It’s so clean and beautiful. The rooms are very nice and modern and the beds are extremely comfortable with nice linens. The location is right in the middle of town right on the main strip across the street from the ocean. It was amazing!

The location is great! Parking is great! Sad that there was not a continental breakfast and an evening get together with a cheese tray and some wine. For the nightly cost of the room, one would think that they could offer these two items.

The room is beautiful but there were cobwebs and spinder eggs (on the floor by the french doors).

The room was gorgeous!!! this property could really benefit from a professional photographer. the photos on the website just don’t do it justice. Our room was huge, and the clawfoot tub really made it special. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever stayed in. They also provide you with a full size hair dryer, which I know sounds like a minuscule amenity, but it really was nice. I looked at rooms by the water from other hotels, but for the money I thought our pick was far more worth it. It was incredibly quiet the whole time. Despite there being a car in every parking spot, we never saw another guest the whole time. The view was fabulous, you could see the bridge from our window. Did I mention we had five beautiful windows with Roman shades? Honestly, what wasn’t to like?

For almost $400 for one night, the room was below expectation. It was clean and comfortable but we expected more than a very shabby pair of faded brown curtains at the street level window. The room looked tired. We couldn't work the TV and the telephone was not connected. Rather disappointed despite it being premium Sausalito prices.
