The location was excellent, and the property was very well maintained. The room was squeaky clean and very comfortable. Property was excellent as well. No trash anywhere and a small but sufficient breakfast room.

My only [minor] complaint was that I heard a woman screaming very late at night because she had locked herself out of her room. She also apparently was screaming at her child. So my only complaint would be thin walls as I heard that noise. I also understand that the hotel has no control over Guest behavior.

Very friendly receptionist giving a lot of hints and information, also on the theft situation in SF. The free and simple breakfast was good, though the room was quite small but invites you to sit with other people. Else, takeout to your room is possible. Nice park nearby, close to the Golden Gate bridge and two bus lines which take you downtown or to the Wharf in about 30 minutes. Parking provided for free.

The room with 2 beds was fine for two people with luggage, but would be difficult with 3-4 people. You could hear quite a lot of the neighbored rooms. Rooms could need a little renovation.

This hotel is in a great neighbourhood - walking distance from the Marina with views of the Golden Gate Bridge, and with plenty of food options neaarby. It's also relatively easy to get a bus to the more central parts of the city. The room was quiet and comfortable.

It's not surprising given the city location but the Travelodge does feel cramped in places. The rooms are only just big enough for two double beds, there isn't enough parking for all rooms and the breakfast room is also on the small side. I suspect this will be true of many hotels in the area though.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Her customer service was excellent! Also, we were in a rush and didn't clean our room before going out to explore the city. The staff(s) who came to clean our room while we were out was very respectful. They left our room as it is without touching any of our belongings, while stocking up the tissues and changing the towels in our room. Thank you so much! There is nothing that I didn't like about this stay. I would definitely book another stay the next time I visit SF!

The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were upgraded, a step above what I expected. Very comfortable. The location was great. The Christmas lighting in the parking lot was very nice.

The exterior lighting in the walkways to the rooms were subpar. (When we were checking into the room about 4:30 or 5:00 pm they weren't on yet. We asked if they could be turned on and were told they were on a sensor and couldn't be activated manually) The lighting in the stairwells was particularly poor, they need to add some that are not on sensors. Especially since there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. There was no decaf available at breakfast.

Lovely stay, room was spacious and came with a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and a great TV with a large variety of channels. The location was in such a nice neighbourhood right next to the Presidio park, with a wide selection of restaurants and buses nearby. Bed was comfy, bathroom was enormous with a great shower

The staff was really friendly. The location. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. We had toasts, hard boiled egg, yogurt, cereals, fruits. The shower head had a great pressure and it was easy to clean ourselves. I love the shampoo, conditioner and soap, good quality products.

The bed and the main surfaces were clean, but the rest of the room was dirty. The shower, the lamps, the bottom of the walls and the windows were dirty. The lightning in the room was not optimal and it was dark. We were hearing all the other guests and the noice from the street.

Located on a quiet street just east of The Presideo. The area is within 10 minutes walk of Marina Green and the many eateries on Chestnut Street in the Marina District. The walk through Marina District early evening and later return felt safe The friendly staff recommened using Uber to go downtown, and that worked out as around $12 each way. Parking on-site is limited to around 8 or 10 spaces, but on street is available - as with any large city it would be unwise to leave property in a vehicle parked on-street.

The location is excellent in a safe neighborhood, perfect for walking around. It’s close to the Golden Gate Bridge and the Presidio, making it an ideal base for exploring San Francisco. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip.

The only downside was the breakfast. It's basic and just enough to not start the day on an empty stomach, but don’t expect anything special.

The staff members are wonderful. They are very welcoming and kind. I was able to store my luggage there before check-in. There is free parking on site and it felt secure. We arrived around noon on a weekday and there were plenty of parking spots. The location is great, right across from the Presidio and close to Palace of Fine Arts. Close to bus stops that take you to Fisherman's Wharf. The beds were comfortable.

The room and bathroom was a bit small and outdated. The two queen bed room was enough for two people but I think a bit too small to accommodate 4 people. The TV was a bit complicated to figure out, so instructions would have been nice. It wasn't a big deal since we were only there for one night.
