Room was fine, not really big but enough. Bathroom was clean and with amenities. Shower was the best in our trip. Staff was not super friendly but helped whenever we needed it. Although parking places were limited, we were lucky and could park inside the two days that we spent there.

Breakfast was very poor and low quality, although they warn you about it when you book, so no surprise. Room doors and windows are in the common hallway, so it is a bit noisy.

Great hotel, very clean. Breakfast was delicious we loved the waffles. They were helpful finding parking right out front. Area felt safe lots of people out jogging walking dogs etc iI walked around with my two kids to the beach which was about a 20min walk. I would stay again an recommend it.

The staff was great and accommodating in the park during the check-in and check-out. I liked the option to have breakfast but the time was too early for us.

The "full" bed was smaller than the full bed at home. The TV could not be set up with any casting or login information. I would have liked a venting machine or something nearby for water.

The room was excellent. Spacious and clean. Was given an extra hour for check out even though they were completely full. The front desk also sorted my “Hop On Hop Off” bus which was well worth the price. Close enough to the Golden Gate Bridge and also to the city centre.

No elevator, however, I was only up a single flight of stairs so not really an issue.

Due to being on the ground floor near the exit, we were woken quite a bit by people coming and going.

The renovations are amazing. Very comfortable large room. Fridge and microwave very handy. Heating & aircon work great. Lovely building.

They only thing is the stairs for large suitcases but not a huge issue. A warning label on the stairs is concerning WARNING This Facility contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and or other reproductive harm.

It was sometimes a bit loud in the morning and the breakfast was very simple.

The beds were comfortable, it was safe, it was within walking distance to most attractions, there’s a bus stop very close to the property. Love that it had a fridge and microwave in the room. Continental breakfast was available every morning from 6:30am to 9:30am.

The stairs, very slippery when wet. The PowerPoints were old.

Great location for why we were there. Clean room. They had coffee 24 hrs. We were there for the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. It was walking distance to where we needed to be and lots of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious and was everything we needed. The staff were helpful and kind.

I loved the location. It is really close to the marina and also you can walk to many area restaurants, bars and stores. The staff were great. They were friendly and accommodating
