I stayed for one night and this is a great place to stay when you're on a budget It doesn't have the accommodations of a five-star hotel but on a budget this is good. keep note parking is a bit difficult and if you're lucky to get a slot on the streets around the perimeters the better, however I just parked on the outskirts of a little park where the baseball or soccer fields are. I'm not sure what the name of it is. but it's about a 3 minute walk. The staff is courteous and they were accommodating to my needs.

Very quiet, cheap, close to the beach. The rooms were acceptable. Very easy check in and bag check. Nice staff and friendly room service. The taxi and buses are right outside and easy to get too and cheap to get on.

Cheap, not the best furnishings. The building is a bit old. The hot water in the shower takes some time to get going. The elevator does not work so you will have to take the stairs and going up to the fourth floor can be a real pain.

The room and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was like taking a step back into the 1930s with a splash of modern decor. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. Susie at the front desk was a joy to chat with.

The elevator was broke, but it wasn’t that bad and the night attendant had an attitude when I asked him for the Wi-Fi password he told me that I woke him up out of his sleep, and on another night he had company behind the desk with him and well let’s just say I’m glad that my kids weren’t with me because I believe he was having an entanglement with his company they were behind a curtain, and it was very awkward, because things could be seen from underneath the curtain

Location is close to some nice eateries. walking distance to Fishermans Wharf. and close to Bus network. Friendly and helpful staff and WiFi speeds are fine to work remotely.

I was given a room that was not made ready. staff very apologetic. I was given a new room but that had a noisy Fridge so I unplugged it. Not the first person to do so as it had mold inside since fridges gather mold when unplugged and not leaving the door slightly open. The hotel is a little tired and the outside is in need of a renovation paint job. I can see they are doing renovations and this will take time. Friendly and helpful staff however. It is one of the cheapest hotels on Booking.com so the price is fair for what you get.

There was no breakfast. I have stayed here before and you get what you pay for. This place is amazing value for money. The guests must know that there is nothing fancy about the hotel but the staff are very helpful, location is amazing and it is clean.

Charming and quirky little place in a charming and quirky city. Close to nice and cool restaurants and public transit. Super nice and helpful staff. Lots of old school touches throughout the building.

The location was exactly. You are walking distance to historic marina, and a public library. Also easy bus ride (28) DOWN LOMBARD TO THE BEST VIEW OF THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE AND CONTINUE TO STONESTOWN SHOPPING MALL. THE # 30 TO UNION STATION THROUGH CHINA TOWN.

It was the cable TV WAS A PROTECT WITH SPECTRUM. HOWEVER THE HOTEL.HERE IN OAHU HAWAII HAD SPECTRUM AND I HAD NO PROBLEM.

The building is old and a bit shabby in places, but it's a beautiful historic building in a safe neighborhood with safe parking, quiet for sleeping well. Highly recommend!

It's not 5 star but the beds are comfortable (I've stayed in at least 4 different rooms, all good).

All the staff were amazing. They went out of their way to help us and ensure we were comfortable. The location is fabulous. The bathrooms were clean but the bed linen and bench cushion definitely needs some up grading

The hotel is not very new, but staffs are really kind and room is neat. There are towels, but guests should prepare toiletries themselves. And there's no bottled water. Except for those, everything is great.
