The price matches the quality — it’s a basic room at a low cost, and what’s really great is that they’re pet-friendly. Most likely, every room has hosted guests with dogs, just like us.

Unfortunately, a microwave was really missing — even just one in the office would’ve been helpful. Other than that, everything was fine and clean. It’s worth the price paid, which was very reasonable.

The facility location is ideal, and with nearby public transportation and popular tourist areas, there was no shortage of things to do. Most of my day was spent in the city, I literally just needed a pace to wash up and crash the night.

I wish the shower felt cleaner and had more than just a bar of soap, but I asked staff for more and were happy to oblige. Still solid for a budget stay.

The desk clerk, Viraj, was so cordial that we felt a warm welcome. The room was cozy and quiet. There were actually TWO nightstands which I believe is a first in as many years as I can remember. It's located in an area with lots of interesting places nearby.

We liked everything. Except maybe that there was no toilet tissue holder built into the wall but it seemed there were upgrades in progress because the shower was ultramodern and awesome and it seemed the built-in holder would be added soon. It was a minor inconvenience.

The location was great. Few minutes drive to the wharf and baker beach. Neighborhood was great. Felt safe to walk at night. Pets stay free so that's definitely a plus!Store right across the street and a few cafés perfect for breakfast. Definitely staying here again!

All I can suggest is a microwave and mini fridge would've be perfect, But not to big of a deal. Room could use a little bit of an upgrade but again, not to big of a deal for the price!

tilex mold and mildew. will easily solve your mold problems. make it much easier for cleaning staff. spray it on let it set. few minutes all mold gone. recommend hand held shower head so staff can rinse shower easily. customers especially elderly really like them.

The property was alright, room was clean, some dark spot were starting to appear in the bath room, I do believe it is value for money , and not far from the hustle and bustle of Fisherman’s wharf. There is parking but you have to pay for it, but still better than the prices they ask for parking elsewhere. Staff where not overly friendly. Value for money and no frills.

Staff could have been a bit friendlier, keep an eye on the mild in the Bathroom .

Location was amazing. In the middle of everything, but quiet enough for a good sleep. Parking lot was safe and spacious, which is a big plus in San Francisco.

Great staff ! My hairdryer didn’t work they fixed it right away, they changed out worn out sheets on request too ! Very nice staff ! I forgot to get gentlemen’s name ! Will stay again

The pictures online are not up to date - the rooms appeared to have updates including vinyl/laminate flooring of sorts (no carpet, thank goodness) and semi-updated showers/flatscreens. The furniture/fixtures are not up to date but had all standard/basic amenities that you might need. very small packets of the toiletries in rooms (maybe 1 use equivalent) - may need to bring your own. Location was ideal, we’re city walkers so we did a ton of walking but we’re close to just about everything. Would recommend, unlikely to get early check-in though, appears to be related to staffing but seems to be similar everywhere.

Given 1 wash cloth and two different sized towels for 2 guests. No extra towels available. Need to update property pictures for proper assessment when using booking platforms.

hey you get you pay for. I have been there before so I knew exactly what the place is and where it is located. I am sure I can start pointing our imperfections and defects but If you want real luxury go to the Hilton or Marriot. If you want a reasonably priced (for San Francisco) place to sleep, this place is just fine
