The whole apartment was perfect and suited our needs. Would make coffee before going out. The kitchen well equipped and Trader Joe's is the place to go for provisions. IHOP nearby. The staff were very helpful. Cable car right outside and you can walk to most places which is the best way to see the sights. The rooftop deck was a great place to chill and take in the view before heading out for dinner. You won't be disappointed if you book a stay here.

It was all fine

Perfect location. Right by most of the attractions we wanted to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all amenities we could need. The roof top deck was a wonderful surprise! What a view! Definitely worth using this aparthotel as a base when in San Francisco.

A tiny niggle was that the bedroom window was internal and sometimes other guests woke us talking outside. They weren’t there more than a few moments or being overly loud or knowingly loud but we were disturbed trying to have a lie in. Nothing to ruin our break over but when jet lagged wasn’t my favourite.

Great location. Nice to have a full kitchen (Trader Joe's is not far away for provisions). Bed was comfortable. Helpful staff. Store room available for luggage. There's a laundry room on reception level where there is also a filtered water machine for drink bottles.

The rooms on the hill side have no outlook and a reduced amount of natural light, but not a biggie because we're out most of the day (and there's the rooftop deck available too). Some of the floor boards in the room above were creaky and you can hear people clomping around (why do some people need to walk like that?) or loud conversations. No extractor fan in bathroom.

The Reception Staff were amazing, very helpful and informative and so friendly. We arrived from Australia at 10 a.m. and were able to securely store our luggage on-site until check-in. As SF first-timers we found the location accessible to transport/attractions...the famed Streetcars stop literally just outside the doors and Pier 39 is an easy walk. Lombard Street (the crookedist street in SF) is a ten minute, steep walk or one Streetcar stop away. The suite was very comfortable, well appointed and clean. One bedroom; a comfortable lounge/dining area; kitchenette and balcony. The rooftop is well worth a peek.

Our only minor negative was the occasional level of noise from neighbouring suites and the 'common area'.

We loved our stay here, the apartment was a great size, the bed was comfortable, we had a full kitchen, location was perfect and rooftop view was gorgeous. A special mention must be given to the staff working at the property who were so friendly and accommodating, especially Richard. Thank you for making everything so easy

The room being on the 1st floor, didn't have a lot of natural light so felt a bit dark, but we were only there for 2 nights and were out exploring the city so didn't impact us too much.

such an amazing little gem of a place ! cannot say enough good things about this accommodation staff welcoming and friendly no query too much trouble able to do some laundry which was fabulous suite was spacious and clean and had everything we could possibly want the location was amazing, stone's throw away from Fisherman's Wharf, piers not much further on and beach right on the bus route to golden Gate Bridge right on the tram route going up and over to union square via bombard street absolute amazing roof top terrace with stunning views over the bay from the bridge to Alcatraz and the piers - wow !! honestly best stay ever - if we were lucky enough to return we wouldn't stay anywhere else !!

Fabulous location at Fisherman’s Wharf. Amazing rooftop terrace overlooking the bay and Alcatraz. Lovely, clean 2 bed apartment had everything we could have wished for. Great home from home for 4 nights. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a large vehicle and the staff re-allocated us a bigger space to make it easier for us to get in and out, which we really appreciated. Lots of fabulous cafes, restaurants, bars, etc nearby and the tram stop is a few minutes walk away. Top tip! Go early in the morning to get the tram, buy an all day pass for £13 and ride over to Downtown and explore the city. Recommend breakfast/brunch at Cafe de Casa and 8am Brunch, both a few mins walk. Nice liqueur coffee at the Buena Vista Cafe down the street. Definitely take a trip in a driverless taxi - Waymo. It’s so much fun!

Nothing. Everything was superb!

This property was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, wonderful staff and just a few minutes walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. Ghirardelli was just down the street. Wonder choice of restaurants just a short walk. Trolly car terminus one block away. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like. There is no air conditioner so that might be an issue in Summer but it didn’t affect us.

Large clean rooms, well equipped to make your own meals. Super friendly and helpful staff. Right on the cable car route, there is a stop in front of the door. Only a couple of blocks from the fisherman’s wharf, a few blocks from Lombard St. Could not be better located. Great rooftop patio with a view of Alcatraz. Photos are from the rooftop.

The inner courtyard could be updated, if they pulled up the carpet and opened the roof it would be very beautiful. Did not affect our stay, just a suggestion.

The room was perfect. Well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the roof terrace were superb, along with an ideal location, which was walking distance to some of San Francisco’s iconic sights. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. And the cookies 🍪 were yummy.

The sound proofing could have been better. One night we had a family with children above us and you could hear them when they were running around the room. Nothing major and they went to bed early.
