Great location near Fisherman’s Wharf, The Golden Gate Bridge and close enough to grab a cable car into downtown. 24 hour reception, with Valet, concierge and security- we arrived near midnight and were greeted warmly. Rooms are very well appointed, quality bedding, linens and toiletries. Lots of hanging space and drawers. Small fridge and even a drip coffee micro machine in the room with complimentary Starbucks coffee grounds. Guest laundry on level 3 with 2 large washers, 2 large dryers ( both modern with loads of cycle options) with laundry powder and dryer sheets also complimentary. Once again complimentary tea, coffee, filtered water and flavoured water available in the lobby from 630am until about 930am ( water is available 24/7 ) . They even had wrapped biscotti on the days of our stay- amazing ! There is a little pantry available for snacks, drinks, alcoholic beverages and the prices are reasonable given the convenience. We were thoroughly “wowed” by this accommodation and facilities and would stay again Family of 2 adults / 2 teenagers.

Location was excellent, right close to Fisherman's Wharf and tram and bus options. Close and Little Italy and Chinatown. Felt safe and reception was manned 24 hours. Room was nice and clean. Having the coffee and pastry options in the lobby was good.

The room was a bit dark, could do with more lighting. We did have issues with hot water on 2 separate days. Was resolved quickly on the first day but the engineer couldn't fix it on the second day and we had lukewarm showers. Also they could vary the pastries offered at breakfast - got a bit repetitive having the same thing 5 days in a row.

Super close to Fisherman’s wharf. Room was very large with lots of room for everything. Very comfy extra large bed and shower was good. Even though there was no breakfast /dining facilities in the hotel, they did provide Comp coffee/tea, water and small muffins every morning which was really lovely. Laundry facilities were excellent and complimentary and outside area was really great, lots of lounges, fires etc. very quiet. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Good recommendations for nearby eats. Also one of the few hotels that I found that didn’t charge a “ resort tax”

Bit dark and gloomy in the rooms but only a minor issue.Plenty of lamps/lights but needed the shutters open to read properly.

This was a perfect hotel in my opinion. It had a modern, clean room, great shower. The courtyard was a nice place for my teen to hang out. There was an area to sit and play games in the lobby that was open late. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for Fishermans Wharf and pier 39 area but also a few blocks away so you are closer to good food in other neighborhoods. Parking was by valet and pricey but you can come and go anytime. There is street parking if you trust it but we didn't for overnight. Very pleased overall ,I would pay to stay here again!

Location was amazing. Staff absolutely brilliant. Hotel amenities fabulous. Laundry facilities, games for kids, relaxing courtyard where you could pop a bottle of wine and chill. Loved the ambiance of the hotel and all the staff seemed to love working here. Had 3 days and felt looked after. Definitely on our list of hotels to return too. Ooh and a decent coffee machine in room! Offered suggestions and activities as well. Loved everything about this hotel. Area around has great restaurants and location is two minute walk to piers and Fisherman’s Wharf. Great part of city.

Spacious and modern room, functional and practical, morning coffee in the lobby, friendly service, excellent connections to public transport around, versatile fitness room. WLAN is promptly available, stable, and bandwidth fully sufficient. Room is modern and clean, daily housekeeping service.

A bit dark in winter (January) due to the relatively small window area with large shades. The window shades sometimes don't stay in place when closed. Two thirds of the desk ist taken up by an enormously large TV, which is bolted to the desk surface, so there is lmited space to work.

Location was ideal, we could pretty much walk everywhere we wanted to go! Plenty of food places and shops as well. The staff was attentive and friendly. Small beach was close by for us to chillax while we ate our pizza and people watched. Everything was AWESOME! When we come back to San Francisco we will definitely be staying here! Loved it!

Valet parking was $85 bucks a night which was a bit expensive, in my opinion. But we didn't use our car until we had to leave, so at least we knew our vehicle was safe from the smash and grabs on the street. So I feel like we got our moneys worth. The valet guys were friendly and swift.

The best central location for sightseeing and experiencing the City. Kind and helpful staff... all around! Too, for a large city the offering of a lovely and much appreciated presentation of coffee, tea and light breakfast fare. Incredible surprise of Coconut Buns from a local baker at breakfast. Then a Gelato tasting again presented by a local business. Delicious and a generous introduction of local businesses and community.

Our stay was too short. We would love to return.

We stayed in a king room with courtyard view which was roomy, clean and tastefully furnished. The hotel is in a fantastic quiet location which is ideal to explore Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach and to catch ferries to Alcatraz, Sausalito or trams into the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the lobby/lounge area was spacious and comfortable.

Sound proofing wasn't great - we could hear the people walking around in the room above.

We were surprised to find that they have a laundry room and it’s free. The mini muffins and biscuits they provided during the breakfast coffee n tea was really nice. The water dispenser that came with flavours was very good too Beside that the guided walks that the hotel provided was very helpful.

The sound proofing was not good. Our room faces the main road so we could hear the rubbish truck and car in the morning. Our could also hear the people walking from upstairs.
