Convenient location close to fisherman’s wharf and public transport inc cable car. Clean room; big bed. Reasonable bathroom

Despite room seeming quite big it wasn’t really big enough for two people with luggage. Giant bed need not be so big. Not enough room to have bags open. It was a good size for singles, but a bit cramped for double. As if to underline this, there was only one coffee cup. I asked for a second and got it. But the next time the room was cleaned we dropped down to one cup again. But most everybody staying seemed to be couples so maybe it was just a random thing Some might think it a bit far from the Wharf but it was fine for us. Had one meal (dinner) in the restaurant and was very pleased with it. Staff helpful on checkout.

Location front desk people and breakfast in the morning!!! And the Asian waitress lily (Imelda) valet parking!!! And filipino doorman breakfast was amazing!!!

The customer service on the restaurant very bad my wife and myself trying to get dinner but couldn’t!!! Just 2 hours waiting!!! Never get an accurate explanation about the situation!!! My wife was very upset!!! Even though we are staying at the hotel very bad !!! Do bad and we get our dinner at Cioppino’s restaurant!!! Like 10 blocks from the hotel!!! Wife was a little sick in other words!!! Very bad service pescatore bad experience!!! The rest was ok !!! Nor the restaurant!!!

Lovely , spacious , and immaculate room . Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Valet parking on premises . Wonderful location

It was my second stay and I will go back again and again . The staff is fabulous !

Wonderful staff: Azriel (valet) was very kind as we bumbled in and blocked the entrance with our car haha! Juan(?) at the front desk was super friendly. We loved our room on the courtyard, very quiet. Everyone was super prompt; we never had to wait for service. The restaurant onsite is also really good.

The bathroom fan was extremely loud-fortunately the bathroom door was almost soundproof. Would like the option to turn it off although I understand the issues with that. Also would be really nice to have drinks in the lounge. We were meeting up with friends and stayed there for almost an hour with only water. Maybe a heads up so people know there's no drink service (there is a bar so we assumed). I guess this might be seasonal also.

Perfect location in relation to all the coastal spots Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square. S'mores service 5-7pm every evening, such a cute touch to make your own with the little kit by the fire. Friendly helpful staff, we arrived early due to our flight and I emailed to ask if they'd have a room early and they accommodated us which made a huge difference as we were exhausted!

The only thing would be a separate light switch to the toilet , as the sink was in the bedroom and it would be handier to not have to switch that light on. Everyone thing else was great feel like that would be the only thing but it wasn't a huge issue.

We didn't spend a ton of time at the hotel unfortunately but it was well kept spaces and had some great home-like amenities I wish we had more time to enjoy. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

I specifically looked for a hotel with parking and this one said it had parking but really it only has valet for $65 per day or pay to public park. HOWEVER, a positive about it is that they will keep your car on checkout day until 5pm so you can continue exploring and come back for it.

Everyone was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was a short walk to Pier 39. They had a patio of fire pits and offered blankets and s'mores kits for free in the evenings. The hotel is attached to a nice Italian restaurant. We got a Margherita pizza to bring to our room and it was delicious. It was an $11 Uber ride from Zoe to the Davies theater downtown. It was perfect for our mini weekend getaway.

The room was on the small side but we were out and about most days so it was more than adequate for us.

The staff. Everybody, the receptionist, bell man, coffee server, maintenance person, and housekeeping staff was friendly and had smiles on their faces. The foods at Pescatore Tratorria were wonderful so were the servers. This hotel is perfectly located in the Fisherman' Wharf area and it was very easy to reach the Piers, crabs, shrimps, and chowder. The cable car turn around was one a block away and gave me super easy access to the downtown area. Naturally, Pier 41 was within a walking distance where we took a ferry to Sausalito. We loved our stay. Thank you!!

No microwave oven

Over and above from all the staff, surprised with bubbly and upgrade for our wedding..but particularly the staff, Sam who helped me get into my dress early in the morning Alvirez who calmed me on arrival..and everyone else involved inc the kitchen who provided a delicious room service breakfast ..thank you to all of you. Location was perfect, close to everything, recommendations from staff, and help with uber and waymo.

Fantastic location, the suite was comfortable and very clean - my assessment is not for the basic room- the lounge is also good and staff gentle and helpful

The 35$ per day service charge for s’mores that were not available for 4 days in a raw. Also member of the staff gave us a 20% discount for dine in option which was not accepted by the restaurant. This extra charge is not needed and feels unnecessary
