Our stay at Inn on Broadway was excellent. The Indian couples at the reception were very helpful and guided us well. The location is very close to tourist attractions and also to public transport. There is free customer parking available. There are ample food options available at walking distance. The room is neat and well furnished. We were quite happy with our stay at this place.

I liked that there was lot of space. Price quality ratio was very good. Location is good. There are many shops and restaurants around, specially on Polk st. Parking is free and this was very good, don't look for hotels without parking in San Francisco when you are by car.

Bathroom faucet needs to be replaced and noise coming from outside and from other rooms. Not people talking but when they walk around on 4.th floor all ceiling squeeks. It didn't bother me too much but may be disturbing for many. WiFi was there but not very good. I hope they fix it.

Love the location! It's so close to tourist spots. Fisherman's wharf, Palace of Fine Arts, and more are less than a 10-min drive. We can easily walk to restaurants and cafes. There are bus stops nearby so it's easy to take public transpo around the city, too. I also like that the property has free parking. We rented a car so parking is one of our biggest considerations. Rooms were clean and updated, too!

We were placed in a corner room that faces both busy streets (Van Ness and Broadway) and we're just on the 2nd floor, so it can get pretty loud inside and hard to sleep. Perhaps next time we should request a room in a different spot.

The hotel does not serve breakfast, but is surrounded by grocery stores and take-out pizza, etc. It is in a good location and has underground parking. All attractions are easily accessible within 20 minutes by car. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and you can ask them if you have any questions.

The air conditioner is very loud, can only be turned off after sleeping. Street front. Can be noisy when you sleep. But many hotels are on the street. The floor is thin, and the people upstairs can walk easily. The elevator is old, and except for carrying luggage, we use the stairs.

Family room was on the 4th floor. It was quite large and included a microwave and mini fridge. Old elevator was quite cool too. Staff was pleasant. Location was awesome; there was plenty to do and see within walking distance. We took short drives to major sites and had a blast.

The beds had very noisy frames or box springs or some thing. Sounded ridiculously cartoony with the slightest bounce. Light in the bathroom was dim. Parking garage lower level has a terrible dip that will bang your car up real good. Our solution was to only have one person in the car if we needed to go down. Signs were listed but man was it steep.

Travelling by car from Los Angeles, this hotel has included in price parking, parking is not for vehicle like Chevrolet suburban or Ford Expedition, but Toyota Rav 4 or Nissan Rogue will fit no problem. Elevator is very old but functioning, gives real good vibe of old san francisco, Rooms are modern, probably renovated 2-3yr ago, water pressure was good, water temperature was good as well, which was essential for us during our winter visit in SF.

hindu lady at front desk wasn't friendly at all for our questions regarding attractions and vehicle parking gave only YES/NO answers, ....... Was it due to our arrival almost at midnight? maybe she was sleepy who knows.

The room was clean and the interior was clearly renewed. The room itself was old and you could see that they just basically got new furniture but the Inn was a bit older. It didn’t bother us that much though. Staff was very friendly. The price was fine for 3 nights ((130$ per night) for San Francisco but a bit too expensive for our taste because of the 2 stars and how old the hotel was. Free parking a huge plus. Overall a nice stay and would recommend.

There was no designated place for smokers, you had to go to the street for a cigarette. The room was a bit loud as you could here the cars on the street aswell as other guests walking on the hallway really well. The toilet had a weird smell that we didn’t like but we also didn’t complain about it to the staff.

The location was great if you’re using public transportation while in the city, the staff was friendly and accommodating. There’s no smoking in any of the rooms which is great and the rooms were so well stocked and clean

Because it’s right on a Main Street sometimes at night it can be quite loud and rowdy in the immediate neighborhood, also wished they had more in premises amenities like a gym or breakfast area

We already stayed here twice. It’s clean, staffs are nice, and they have parking.

Last we stayed at, the room had smell but we let it go bc we thinking they probably forgot to spray or let the air out, we can tell that they are so busy and looks everybody staying there so we just opened the window for a while other than it was good. But please hopefully won’t happen again this.thank you :)

it was a great and convenient location. they had parking there and an underground lot just for them. check in was a breeze, and I have to give many thanks to Anna, who checked us in. she went above and beyond in making us comfortable and happy. She even gave us a map of San Francisco and pointed out on the mail different highlights to see, areas of town to stay away from and all about how to get around. Many thanks to Anna and her staff.
