The location was good, in between San Francisco and SFO. It is just a few minutes walk from the Colma BART station, which allows you to access both places. There are plenty of restaurants in the area for breakfast or dinner. The room was clean and adequate. Staff was responsive and helpful, whether we asked the cleaning personnel for more towels, or emailing or calling the desk staff before we arrived with changes to our arrival time.

The rug feels a bit sticky and unclean. The ceiling is thin, and our third night, it sounded like the guests upstairs left and came back a couple of times -- really noisy. Every time someone moved upstairs the ceiling creaked. Or maybe they left and other people came in dragging heavy luggage. It was hard to sleep.

The hot water did not get fully hot so the shower experience each day was barely warm enough. I let the water run on max hot for over 20 minutes and no change.

The Inn is old but its clean. We have new towels and room was being clean everyday. You get what you pay for.

Its just that other room was smoking and we can smell it when we go out in our room.

Location is very good, even for people without a car. The hotel is near subway Colma Station. It took me only 40 minutes to SFO airport from hotel.
