Our stay at Presidio Parkway Inn was very nice. I chose this hotel because of the area and pictures of the room from Booking.com . When we arrived I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was on the top floor which for us, meant carrying our suitcases up the staircases - we pressed the button for the lift but nothing happened - we waited and still nothing so in the end we just carried our baggage up the three flights of stairs. The room was just like the picture - we took a room with two double beds - the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom overall was clean but the shower floor looked like it needed a good scrub - but that was only a minor thing for me, although the rest of my family weren't too impressed. There was only one small shower shelf withing the shower which meant our own shampoos and shower gels kept falling down. Shower gels were provided upon request. Clean towels and fresh linen were also provided upon request. There was a tea/coffee maker but no kettle. There was a hair dryer and ironing board provided too. There was also a microwave and refrigerator which were very handy. The TV was good. The wifi was ok but not great. We would get sporadic connection to wifi and usually only if we stood close to the main front door. The beds were quite high up but comfy overall. The a/c in the room was good. Breakfast was between 8am and 10am and comprised only of fresh orange juice or apple juice - (the orange juice was very nice) - and some pre-packaged pastry items (which I didn't have). Plastic cups and spoons were provided. The location was really great - we were not far from the Golden Gate Bridge and Crissy Beach (both just a short bus ride and walk away) - The Palace of fine Arts was also nearby - within walking distance (about 10 mins or so if you're a medium paced walker like me).

Early check-in was granted at no extra charge. , guys at the reception were really helpful. Grab&go breakfast was good. Parking slots are limited but few were always available for guests. Elevator makes getting luggage up easy. Nicely decorated rooms with all needed amenities, enough space for a family. The cleaning lady deserves a special praise, the room was perfectly cleaned and tidy, all supplies were replenished, she did a great job!

Little noisy with windows open due to nearby street but nothing that would keep a New Yorker from sleeping:)

Spacious room, 301 on top floor with partial view of Golden Gate Bridge, housekeeping lady worked very hard and serviced our room every day, unlike the previous two hotels we stayed in prior to this one in other parts of California, large flatscreen TV, plentiful coffee and towels provided, good shower/hot water, fridge and microwave

Carpets were a bit tired and smelled strongly of shake and vac, very loud noise from adjacent road but to be expected, ear plugs soon blocked it out

The hotel was really nice when we first entered. It has everything my family and I needed. It’s clean and spacious. We got a room facing the street so we were able to open the windows and enjoy a nice breeze and a nice view. It was very enjoyable to hang out by the window. Traffic wasn’t very loud and we could see the tip of the Golden Gate Bridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And this is where we will go back to when we visit San Francisco

I don’t think this is necessarily the hotel’s fault but other guests staying are very inconsiderate. They were very loud getting to their rooms, when they were outside the rooms talking very loudly, and listening to the tv very loud. We got past it and enjoyed our stay but I’ve never had that situation.

the staff was very kind, though a little confused by questions i.e. late check-out. the room was clean, but the TV didnt have a Sleep button and was having some issues. not the biggest deal, but if anyone else is like me and falls asleep to ambient noise, it's a bit annoying. the location cannot be beat. i took a morning run through the presidio and was able to commute from the airport and to the Inn entirely on public transit which was massively convenient.

would be great if they test their amenities to make sure things are functioning properly before guests arrive.

Location was excellent, close to many bus stops, 10-15min to Pier 39; the staff were very friendly; breakfast(the bread rolls snack tasted really good), microwave, fridge, coffee machine+ coffee, AC, TV, hair dryer provided in the room; bed was very big and comfortable; lot of space in the room.

Window faced the corridor, low privacy if you open shutters; not many breakfast options; we couldn’t fill water bottles other than breakfast time(no kettle in room); maybe be noisy for some people, didn’t bother us though.

Nice, clean, cozy, close to a beautiful park, very budget-friendly. Welcoming and supporting staff! You can actually see a top of the Golden Gate Bridge from the third floor stairs. The elevator is vintage and it brings even more charm to the hotel itself. They do provide a yummy bagel with coffee or juice for breakfast which is incredible for the price and the location.

Great location, just like 10 to 15 min walking from Presidio Park, Yoda fountain, and the palace of fine arts. Public transport just 1 blook from the entrance, 7 min away from the Big Red Bus stop. They have free coffee, oatmeal and bread from 8 am to 10 am. Parking is included. This is hard to find in San Francisco. 100% recommended!

The bathroom shower door didn't have a handle, nothing major, but a little uncomfortable.

Great personnel - extremely helpful staff including the employees at the reception and cleaning service. Rooms were very comfortable, I really liked the small kitchen-like space im the bedrooms.

The selection of the options at the breakfast buffet could be better - it's pretty limited right now.

The location was great (15 minutes walking away from the Palace of Fine Arts and 20 to the Chrissy Fields where you can see the Golden Gate). The shower was great and everything was clean.

We were thankfully able to park but parking was limited (there were few spots). We were also wrongly woken up at 8:00 and told to move our car because it was blocking the way but it wasn’t our car (our license plate was given during check-in so this could have been avoided).
