If you like fleabag’s, you’ll like this one great location in the marina district a bit shoddy on the outside for sure inside the rooms are perfectly fine. My bed was excellent and I had a refrigerator microwave. Decent shower no complaints. and Hash the front desk manager is a great character.

It’s pretty dilapidated not visually going to make you wanna stay there , some sketchy people walking around but free parking helps. it’s noisy by the main road, so definitely have earplugs or better yet a white noise machine, which I swear by.

Really good location, close to Golden Gate bridge and also in walkable distance to all the main attractions in town. I hike a lot, so 2 or 3 miles are short distance. In case it’s too much for you, you can always take a bus… Ash was absolutely amazing, he was happy to help us with anything, let us check in slightly earlier and also let us park the car in front of the hostel the next day longer to make it easier for us, told us where to go and what to avoid, recommended good restaurants close by, etc.

Everything was ok but we aren’t very picky. If you love luxury or something fancy, it is not a place for you. But if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, value for money, you won’t regret.

The location is very good near many land marks and view of the golden gate bridge beach near by upper class neighbourhood lots of eateries

The hotel has roaches not infested but plenty. And the furniture was very old and worn out but the bed was cozy but cheats and blankets were about 40 years old

Very good budget hotel. Excellent price and value. Convenient to major services, Presidio, Palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco Bay. Internet Wi-Fi is free and fast. Dish TV on large flat screen. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are clean and nicely equipped. Free parking.

Hash was charming, friendly, and welcoming. Everything in the room functioned as intended. I could park easily, and I was given a later check-out.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. Especially the floor. But that was not a deal breaker. Also, no internet. This is the first place that I have stayed in that had no internet wifi password.

Hash the front desk guy is a gem of a person a real cool character, funny guy… bed was comfortable shower worked well refrigerator in room

Well, it is a bit rundown and dilapidated, but that’s part of the charm. I like classic fleabag and this is definitely one of them.

Everything was close by and didn’t have to drive far and wait in traffic…if you wanted to go into the city. Golden Gate Bridge and Museum was close by. Restaurants was a walking distance. Room was big enough for a solo traveler and no disturbance at all.

Staff was great. Very accommodating. Let us park our car and put stuff in the room early so we could start enjoying the city before check in. Got parking under cover. Was within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat and drink. Very affordable for the area

It wasn’t the cleanest, it wasn’t gross by any means and didn’t make us uncomfortable, but could’ve been a little cleaner. Outlets were in kind of awkward places for plugging phones in. Couldn’t plug them in next to the bed but it wasn’t a big deal. Shower was great the first night, but only got like warm the second. But for the price it was a great place with great service and we’ll worth the minor inconveniences.

The manager was very kind and very helpful to find good places to eat. Also, after my stay, I requested a copy from my driver license because I lost it, and he sent me right away.

I guess they could improve making a deep cleaning

Originally i requested a downstairs room for me and my mom but the lovely host Ash insisted he give us a very nice room upstairs and it was bigger. Although i appreciated his gesture, downstairs wouldve been better. The accessibility up and down the stairs was a bit much for my mom but i will be back but i will make sure i get a downstairs. Thanks again Ash for making our stay a pleasant one.p
