Quiet comfortable room with almost everything we needed. Lots of towels, comfy bed, good pillows, good in room coffee, good tv, good hvac. Plenty of space and chairs. Nice pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. They let me check in early. Easy free parking. Easy walk to restaurants and shops.

No face mirror in bathroom. Couldn't open windows. Sometimes people were walking by in front of our room. So we needed to lower the curtain. The website says all rooms have either a balcony or patio. This is not true. Ours had neither, but the guy at the front desk did say that the room we were supposed to have on the third floor wasn't ready, so he put us on the second floor so we could check in early. The description is inaccurate, and I should have notice that previously. :(

The staff was professional and friendly The room was nice and clean We had tacos tequila Tuesday and that was very good The location was fantastic

The first night the tv did not work and we reported it and when we got back from Sausolito the following afternoon we check and it worked We left to have dinner and walk around and when we were done for the evening and turned on the tv it did not work...no picture I suppose there are worse things in life w/o having a tv for 2 days The safe never worked And lastly 1 ply toilet paper...you can do better

Great location, beautiful ambiance and quiet. They offered lots things to including bike rentals, tours etc. the pool/jacuzzi was small but clean and great for kids to play at the end of the day. The surround city was impeccable and offered great places to eat shop at waking distance!

The fitness center was crammed and lacked equipment, mats and etc. because it lacked proper space. And I wished they served breakfast daily and offered decaf complementary coffee.

Perfect location and a beautiful hotel! Walking distance to the city center and pier, nice decor, close to restaurants, supermarket and drugstore. It's a pity we couldn't use the swimming pool (it was already cold/windy outside), but it looked welcoming. We got a small upgrade and ended up with a room with balcony, facing the hills. Such an amazing view! Easy to park. Breakfast was not included, but it wasn't a problem for us; there was complimentary coffee and tee, as well as some Californian wines at 5pm, with some live jazz from the tavern next door. Really great experience.

The fitness center is really small, with limited equipment.

We had stayed at this property quite a few years before, so we were somewhat familiar with it, and also with the area. The property is a bit dated but still in a good state of repair. It was in a good location to continue our journey north into the wine country. The bartenders in the tavern were very friendly and gave us good advice about our upcoming week.

We didn’t like that the tavern closed rather early in the evening. We arrived at the property rather late and wanted a bite to eat - but the tavern’s kitchen apparently closed around 8:30pm, and the tavern closed around 9pm. The next night, we wanted to have a drink or two in the tavern, but again the 9pm closing hour was on us. It also would’ve been nice to have a small complementary breakfast offering, but it was a short walk down the street to a bakery/coffee shop.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Right in the heart of the main part of town. It is close to restaurants and just across from the ferry terminal. Very comfortable lobby and great parking set-up.

The booking thru Booking.com was a disaster! We originally booked 3 nights, but I had to modify the booking which I did thru the Booking.com link that was provided. The hotel would passed the buck to Booking.com and it is impossible to reach anyone at booking.com to mediate the change. I had to file a dispute thru my credit card company to arrange for a refund.

This is a hidden gem! We were just looking for a place north of the GG bridge because our flight to SFO landed late enough that we didn't want to drive the 5-6 hours home that night...but we were so impressed by the facility, the cleanliness, updated decor, extra unexpected services like a safe in the room...The linens were superb. Soft fluffy towels and enough of them (4!--which rarely happens even in larger hotels). It is pet friendly, though we didn't have our beloved canines with us. There is a dog run. Woodland Market, across the street, is an amazing place, unlike any market I have ever seen before--pricey but perfect food...Very friendly young man who checked us in, and check in was super fast and straightforward so we got a good night's sleep before heading out in the morning.

More car chargers would have been nice. Not expected, but the world is changing and it is harder to find chargers as more of us have EVs. There is only one elevator and we arrived late, so couldn't park near it (my husband has severe mobility problems).

Location was excellent & the staff in particulate Jeff at the front desk who was top notch all the way & provided us w 5-star customer service even if he was all by himself checking guests in & out all weekend! Room could use some updating & minor repairs but bed was comfortable tho pillows were rock hard! Room was clean. AC worked well! Would stay again but ask for softer pillows!

Pillow were soooo hard & uncomfortable could’nt sleep first night. Room needs some updating & some minor repairs plz! Gym was very very sad!!

We did not eat breakfast there or any meals. It was a little pricey so we ate somewhere else. But we loved the cleanliness and our room was on the corner and very quiet!!! Very comfortable stay and we’ll come back! Also, they will take care of our bikes when we come back!

Wish there was a microwave and maybe a Keurig coffee maker as we brought oir own Keurig pods.

Excellent location to walk around town and explore Tiburon. Not far to go to Muir Woods. Parking easy, next time I would take more time to enjoy the pool and fire pits. Nice mini frig in room that kept things cold but not noisy.

Need to replace pillows, a bit hard.
