Stayed for a few of nights as a couple, great and friendly service, room was spacious with good balcony, bathroom was a bit small. Nice swimming pool with great cocktails and we ate well at their restaurant. Breakfast is ok, ask for a coffee in stead of using the coffee machine. Location is close to the beach with beach beds to pay extra for, but worth the money. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel to make our stay worthy!

Around is not many (beach) restaurants open in the night (first week of September) and Riposto is in a state we would not recommend to go close to... Be aware of the conditions of the roads around as well.

The hotel does not have 4 stars facilities, not quality of furniture, bed, blanket like in luxury hotels. The restaurant is not open all the time, we arrived around 14.00 and we had to wait till 19.00 to eat something. Not market around, no other restaurants open. Not many options for breakfast like we expected for 4 stars hotel, not always is replacement of the food which is finished ( I asked for scrambled eggs , the answer was ,,tomorrow, its finished today. I can rate the hotel 3 stars.

Very friendly personnel, breakfast was varied and very good. The free parking is also a positive. Also the location in the vicinity of the Etna and Toarmina is a big positive. Nice swimming pool as well (unfortunately it already closed around six in the period we were there (beginning of June), don't know if it's opened longer in July/August).

The resort is showing some signs of getting outdated (some aspects could use some renovation), you can notice it, however it's not a dealbreaker. Also, location is a big positive in terms of being close to Etna and Toarmina, however on "walking distance" there isn't a lot to do/see imo.

The gardens are beautifully curated and the general access areas are all well maintained. Breakfast was good, plentiful with a lot of home mad sweet treats. Our room had a balcony which was great for us to hang out our towels and swimming costumes to dry. The pool area is spacious and well set out and in the evening perfect for sitting around with a cocktail, listening to DJ. The pebbly beach is across the road. There were many facilities on offer so perfect for a few days relaxation.

The hotel has its own restaurant but we decided to try something else and although not very far, it was not a pleasant walk due to the lack of footpaths. Our room was very clean but a little tired and old world.

We arrived earlier than the check-in hour and were let to enter into the rooms. Liked the room cleaning services, free parking available, it was near to the beach and not far from main tourist destinations which is convinient if with a car. The staff was polite. The pool zone is very nice.

The arrea outside the hotel teritory is quite disappointing and not pleasant for walks. At the nights it was quite noisy from the restaurant and also the walls of the rooms are very thin and tou can hear the guest from the other rooms. The hair dryer in one of the room was not working well. The breakfast was not bad but the staff was not trying to refill the food for the guests. The coffee included in breakfast was soluble.

The rooms and facilities were great. The breakfast was fabulous. The pool is beautiful. Staff were lovely. Couldn’t fault the premises it was like a little oasis and well maintained. We stayed 6 nights and the day we left we had to leave at 3.am, we were greeted with coffee and pastries, so extremely thoughtful.

The room air conditioners did not work even though it states they are functioning until September. We had 3 rooms and we all struggled with being hot trying to sleep. Whilst the pool is beautiful, after long day trips we’d arrive back at 6pm and it was closed. Coming from Australia we don’t understand why we couldn’t use it to swim, sit around and drink as it’s light until 9.30pm. Unfortunately for the hotel the roads in are littered with loads of rubbish and garbage- I hope for everyone’s sake that can be rectified soon.

The staff were all very nice and very friendly. A long way to walk to most restaurants but were all very good so that made up for it. 2 really nice beach bars a short distance away. Lovely large pool. Very clean. Pool area was nice with a bar.

The local area was a bit disappointing. Quite run down and rubbish on the streets. We had trouble using the safe in the room so ended up not using it.

Location is nice, great pool, nice bar and breakfast. has a pretty garden with views of the Etna and comfortable rooms. Just cross the street and you are at the beach.

THEY SCAMMED ME THROUGH THE CHAT OF THIS HOTEL ON THE BOOKING.COM PLATFORM. They profile of the hotel asks you to upload your passport and pay for the room, and then you find out they actually steal your money and once you arrive at the property for your holiday they make you pay again. Booking.com itself did not provide much assistence to resolve this. It happend in July and now its almost october and still i did not get a refund of the money that has been stolen from me through the Booking.com platform with the profile of this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience overall. The location is perfect, as it's right next to the beach, allowing easy access to the beautiful coastline. The hotel is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the swimming pool area. There’s a large pool for adults and a separate pool for kids, which is perfect for families. Both pools were clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. There's even a tennis court available to guests for free. The on-site restaurant was also impressive. The food was tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. The prices were reasonable, making it a great value for money. Overall, this hotel offers excellent amenities and a prime location at a great price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
