Spacious comfortable room. Great for a few days stay. Good location to shops and restaurants. Fridge, coffee in room. Laundry available. Did not use pool, but it looked nice. Great bed and pillows. Quiet AC unit. Plenty of room in bathroom with good counter space. This was our best accommodation while visiting the Fab 5 parks. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here. You could walk to the shops and restaurants in Moab from here, but we were too tired from hiking so we drove. Easy parking many places in town.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but not unusual for "breakfast included" at this level hotel. A lot of TV channels were offered, but still oddly poor selection of shows. Staff was half nice and half cool to us. A couple times we felt like we were bothering them.

Simply marvelous accommodations! Best part of the whole trip... I signed up for Comfort Suites Choice Privileges! Breakfast was totally awesome.. not just a continental breakfast! We were also given a 10% discount card to the Broken Oar Restaurant, the best eating experience in town.. the food, the waitress, and the decor of the restaurant inside and out. Glad the smells were free.. but it influenced us to order multiple plates for take home back to the Comfort Suites😃

I had to get back home for an assignment! Would love to have stayed another day or two.

Nice big clean room with fluffy comfy bedding and bath towels. Breakfast was great daily, and lasts longer than other hotels. Check-out is also at noon instead of 11am. We were able to go swimming before checking out because of that extra hour. Close to downtown shops and restaurants so you can walk there. Close enough to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and to Dead Horse State Park that you can be at their turn-offs in just minutes.

Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Shower was large with good water pressure. 3rd floor room at the far end was very quiet. Breakfast staff was wonderful, and kept the food well stocked. I liked the water cooler in the workout room. We used it every day to refill our water bottles.

Kind of a weird start. We parked and grabbed our luggage to take inside. In the meantime another couple pulled up and the woman jumped out and ran inside. I saw her talking to Marcus, then she ran off. We walked up, and I said we have a reservation. Marcus, rather curtly, said “I’m helping another guest.” We stood there, waiting for the woman to come back from the bathroom, then he proceeded to check them in. After they finished, he said “okay, now I can help you”. Had I not prepaid, I would have left.

The staff and faculty were absolutely fantastic

The cost is a bit high but typical for the area I’m sure. We booked a two queen room with sofa bed but the sofa bed mattress was very used and unusable. However the staff was fantastic and replaced with another. Unfortunately the second one was not much better. Otherwise stay was fantastic

Stuff at the reception seemed not to be nice enough when we were checking in. The room was on my name, but my friend arrived 2 hours earlier and was sleeping in the room. Despite of that room was on my name, reception staff refused to give me room keys. They had to call to the room and wake up my friend who was resting for the approval. It was weird. As the room was booked on my name.

Breakfast was very good with many choices available.we were given a room on the first floor & it was close to the laundry so I was able to do that as well.

We were given a handicap room which was acceptable. However, the bathroom door needs oiling. It squeaked so bad when opening & closing that it makes up everyone. Also, the entry door needs oiling as well. The refrigerator needs adjusting. It froze the soda bottles I put in it.

2nd floor Room was quiet and comfortable with plenty of space. 2 queen beds. Plenty of hot water in the shower. We opted not to have daily maid service but used their door tag service to request extra towels and soap as needed for the 5 days we stayed. Breakfast was generous and ready by 6:30 with hot items as well as cereal, and yogurt and fruit. We did not use the outdoor pool or hot tub. Staff was helpful when needed. Plenty of parking. Strongly recommend!

Very friendly staff, very clean hotel and room, very good breakfast, very good location all for a good price (relative to other properties in Moab). Would definitely stay here again! Within easy walking distance of most restaurants and stores.

Wi-fi strength was so-so in the room. Stronger in the lobby area.

Location was optimal. At the entrance to town it made it easy to access arches without any headache.

I didn’t have any issues but the entrance was steep which could cause issues for vehicles with trailers. There was obvious scrape marks where the road had been worn by many impacts.
