Clean, basic accommodations. WiFi was super fast. Shower was hot. Conveniently located just north of downtown, an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Can’t ask for much more at $50 a night.

Heat was difficult to dial in (even set at 65 it was hot in the room). Only two hangers. Very dim lighting. Leading up to our stay we got over a dozen messages via Booking stating there was a mishap with our reservation, possibly leading to cancellation, and to click a link to fix it. Different link every time. The messages were also in Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, and English. Seems some phishing was occurring through booking. When I messaged the property and called their number there was no response. Reservation was fine in the end but they need to fix this!

Clean, cheap and close to everything

I couldn’t speak to the cleaning ladies because they didn’t speak English. I had a pass for a park that was left on my door and the wind took it or it was taken, either way I couldn’t ask because they didn’t understand. Only complaint was our room had a random foul smell sporadically, like a gas smell. It didn’t stay long but smelled foul. The walls are super thin and I had to turn a noise machine on to sleep and that didn’t even drown everything out. If you have quiet neighbors, all is great, BUT not everyone is respectful of others at 2am!

Check-in with the live person digital screen was quick, easy, and convenient. The price during this time of year was extremely generous. Will definitely have to come back during late December, early January. The motel is very quaint, quiet, and updated with a rustic feel. Very clean upon entering our room and kept clean during our stay. Thank you to the person who left us fresh towels, emptied our waste bins, and swept our floor almost daily even though the room policy says that the room wouldn't be serviced until after the 3rd day. Mind you, we stayed for 6 nights. Bed and pillows were nice and comfy. A Maverick gas station is conveniently located across the street and about 5 minutes from the entrance to Arches National Park.

On our final 6th night, we did have to go to the office to validate the room key. It was quick, easy, and thankfully during office hours. However, after a long day of hiking and exploring, it was an extra step that we needed to take before turning in our warm room for the night.

My stay at this motel was awesome. I had everything I needed, like a microwave, coffee maker, and a kettle. The AC was perfect. Plus, it was super convenient being so close to all the cool spots and national parks. For the price, it was a great deal. I had a blast!

One thing that wasn't great about the motel was the poor lighting in the room, which for some reason seems to be a strange standard in this type of motel.

No breakfast offered. The site manager had quit, walked off the job, so we had to check in at The Adventure Inn to receive our room “ key “ and to turn it in when we left the following day.

The Venetian blinds were so old they were disintegrating. The floor had a raised area where you had to walk in order to cross the room. Tripping due to a toe stub and subsequent fall very possible. We were in room #104…..

Very clean and at a good location.

It was a bit overpriced, but it is in Moab which is a super-destination so they know they can get it. There was no receptionist on duty, you had to walk down the street to another motel to check in. There was no breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby. I would have expected at least a continental breakfast for the price.

Small thing- wish it had a little freezer area at the top of fridge like some other hotels have (but not that big of deal really) I am just traveling, sometimes camping, sometimes hotels, so I have ice packs I like to refreeze for my cooler

Close to Canyonlands and Arches national parks plus also Moab shops. Good value for money (for 2 nights over labour day weekend it was only £60 more than a campsite in Moab! - no brainer to make this change: from a tent campsite to a king-size bed with AC, fridge and microwave). Looked like there was even a gas BBQ we could have used.

Checking into the hotel next door, but this was such a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was not included for us.

The room is Ok. All was clean and enough. The staff were great and always asking me if I needed anything. It is not a fancy hotel but was enough for me. If you like medium hotel, clean and good price is perfect. I have been in Moab in different hotel, even more expensive and they don't give me more than give me this hotel. I usually go to Moab and I will try find room In this hotel. Good job the staff! Thank you very much.

This is a very plain, older facility but very adequate, especially for the price compared with many other motels in Moab this time of the year. Not "swank" but didn't expect it to be. We wanted a comfortable, clean place to sleep with friendly staff in Moab, and we got it.
