The night we checked in, William was met with several guests at one time and his computer system was uncooperative. One highly rude and selfish guest was interrupting us while we checked in. William handled it all with the utmost professionalism and respect - no matter how much “Mr. Room 110” tossed out. I believe William was most gracious and attentive to all those waiting. If “Mr. Room 110” reads this review, I would like him to know that he is a rude and disrespectful person. Should I have dealt with him, I personally would have offered him the opportunity to follow the hotel standards or to check out. William was a rock star and needs to be recognized - and retained - by management.

The hotel was a bit worn, could use updating. That said, our room was quite clean and welcoming. The bed was a bit too hard, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was app. 300 sft - lots of space! The king bed was very comfortable with enough pillows to choose from. We extended our stay because we loved it so much and it was the best Value in Moab. The great breakfast was very rich - scrambled eggs, sausages, Toast, bagels, waffles, yoghurt, cereal and fresh apples and oranges every morning! The lovely rosebushes at the entrance were a delight, distributed a wonderful scent and admired by many people !

Unfortunately the pool was seasonal closed.

Beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great except for the eggs and sausage were a little soggy. They had waffles, cereal, bread and bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, coffee and hot chocolate and some other little things.

The pool was down but we knew that ahead of time so it wasn’t a shock. The hotel is old but everyone was friendly and our room was clean. The hallways were a bit dirty. They didn’t come clean our room which was disappointing but they had extra supplies downstairs by the desk so it was okay.

Nice, large room. Great shower with instant warm water. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Really nice breakfast - hot scrambled eggs, sausage. Make your own waffles, cereal, bread, bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, coffee, tea and 4 juices. Apples and oranges were always available for snacks. I enjoyed my stay

No place to swim. Pool looked in disrepair.

Bedroom was very clean, I specially loved the big king very comfortable bed is very hard to find the right bed where your comfortable, did not try breakfast. and staff was very friendly and the prices were very affordable, thank you Days Inn

Well the only thing I didn't like is that I didn't see no elevator, we were so tired it was hard to even walk we didn't look hard for it but it was not visible

The clerk who checked us in William went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs I am disabled and he was very gracious and kind

The parking situation was not good when you travel with a travel trailer and an expensive ride knowing it’s in a safe place makes your sleep more restful but where we had to initially park our rig was not safe but William took care of us

Great value, in the middle of Moab, clean. I don't normally bother leaving reviews, I decided to leave one here because a lot of the reviews make this place sound like it's terrible. Why, I have no idea. It's perfectly serviceable, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. I genuinely have no idea why everybody is complaining about this place. Good solid choice if you want a nice place to lay your head while you're visiting Arches and Canyonlands.

Nothing, really.

Good location, front desk dude is cool. Rooms are HUGE. Nice comfy beds.

It's pretty bad, really run down. You have to walk through this back door and it's pretty gross back there. There are also 2 "maintenance " men who "work" there that were so high on meth that I watched one of them from my window for 20 minutes trying to "open" the shed out back. They walk around smoking and high on meth all day (I've been known to party in my day, I can spot a tweaker a mile away) and there's a trailer parked DIRECTLY in front of the pool which I can only assume they live in. I'm a good-looking younger female, no way in hell was I using that pool with legit crackheads peepin' through their trailer. Man, it was a bizarre place.

Great location, within minutes of Arches National Park yet within walking distance of downtown shops, bars and restaurants. Easy parking. The room was comfortable - I like that we could open the window. Coffee and fridge in the room was convenient. Check-in was easy - the attractive young woman at the front desk was friendly and personable.

The vanity sink didn't drain and the hair dryer didn't work. Luckily we brought our own hair dryer or this could have been an issue.

We were greeted so warmly by William! The hotel is a little rundown, but clean and in a great location. The breakfast was excellent with delicious scrambled eggs and sausages. We enjoyed Moab for its fine restaurants and amenities!
