Got upgraded to a suite. Renovated nicely except for the carpet for some reason. Seemed original. Spacious room. Fridge and safe behind integrated door which might explain why others are saying no fridge. Not easy to find. But maybe regular rooms don’t… Friendly staff. Breakfast okaay. Nothing special. No streaming on tv so only local chanels and extremely difficult to figure out how to get it all working. Everything counter intuitive.

Property is a full 30+ minute walk to the old town so definitely a taxi ride. Suited for people with a car as parking is provided.

Room very nice spacious, well fitted and clean. Only downside was the aircon which only cooled the room slightly. Was just adequate not to be totally stifling. Breakfast very good, lots of choice and one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. Free garage parking a real plus. Staff very helpful. Nice modern hotel, liked it a lot. Restaurants within short walking distance too.

Area a bit away from main town, a taxi ride 10 euros one way 5 euros back! Aircon as mentioned.

ROOM: The room was spacious and comfortable. In the bathroom the water pressure was amazing - the rain shower was the best I have ever experienced. BED: The bed was not that comfortable for me - I could feel the springs and it was too soft. The pillows were good. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was pretty good, with hot and cold foods, fruit and vegetables. The juices were a bit too sweet. SURROUNDINGS: The location was convenient for us since it wasn't that far from the centre and we had a parking option. We enjoyed cocktails in the Ice Bar just outside of the hotel (the music in the evening not so much). We had a good time. COMMUNICATION: The check in and check out process went smoothly. The staff at the reception was really nice, all of them.

We’re on a motorcycle trip from the UK and consequently are staying at a lot of different places. Our room at the City Hotel was very spacious and had pretty much everything we needed including probably the best shower ever! Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Aircon and external window blinds were good. Breakfast was included on our deal and turned out to be very nice indeed. Buffet style with a decent range of options. Staff are all very nice. Hotel is within a decent walking distance of most places. Parking was part of our room deal and was in an underground garage which was a nice bonus for us to be able to off load/load up our bike. We were only there for two night before we moved on, on our first night we wandered a short distance from the hotel and found a lovely restaurant on the forth floor of the “Mepas Mall”, excellent value and a decent range. I’ve always enjoyed liver -if it’s prepared nicely- and this was some of the best I’ve ever had! We both ate well and had several drinks. The bill came to under £30! The City Hotel was certainly a good place for us.

Close to old town, about a 15/20 minute walk, very nice walk, or a 5 minute taxi journey. Very nice staff too

Could have more facilities, gym isn’t included, etc etc - but if you’re just using it for a base then it’s perfect.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Overall, my hotel stay was pleasant, but I believe the breakfast service could use some improvements. The staff was friendly, but the options were limited and lacked variety. It would have been great to see more choices and fresh, healthier options available.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the Old Town. Breakfast was varied and satisfying. A parking spot was provided, which was very convenient. Our room was very spacious, and I’ve never slept in a bigger bed! We definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at City Hotel Mostar and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to solo traveler and families/couples looking for a comfortable stay in Mostar.

Everything was going great!

Easily the biggest hotel room I've stayed in. Good breakfast. Good value for a 4 star hotel. 24 hour check in. In the summer, buses to Mostar from Croatia will most often be late due to the high season, so the availability for a late check in was great and really saved us.

Hotel had drinks for sale and didn't take card payments, while restaurants and supermarkets in town took cards. Surprising for a 4 star hotel. A bit far from the old town. 30 minute walk away.

Hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was also clean and quiet hotel. The garage is free of charge and great because there is a lift directly to the rooms abd reception. The location of the hotel is great - close to the center but in a quiet area. Mostar is a beautiful town and I am always very excited to visit it again.

In my opinion breakfast needs an improvement. Especially coffee machine because the coffee was really not good. I know that usually coffees at coffee machines are not very good but this can be better. Also, the beds could be more comfortable. All in all, this points did not diminish our experience which was very good.
