Absolutely beautiful property with such kind, smart & helpful people running it with perfection. A big big special shoutout to the wonderful Mr. Shantlal in housekeeping who took great care of us throughout our 3-day stay. In Tiri, the main restaurant for breakfast & dinner, Mr. Gulshan & Ms. Vanshika were running up & down each day helping guests with whatever they needed, often without a thanks in return from other guests, sadly. I hope they get the credit they deserve for their tireless work to help & care for everyone during each meal. Also, Mr. Surajpal at reception, who helped us everytime we came & went from the hotel, sharing water bottles with the biggest smile!! My family & I cannot thank the staff at Taj Aravali enough for taking such great care of us. We cannot wait to come back soon!! Best wishes to all the wonderful people at Taj Aravali! Nice well maintained property. Staff people are really nice. Mr Yashwant and Mr Narayan provided their professional pick up and drop services in well maintained Innova cars. Mr Kamal at the entrance welcomed us with his smile. Ms Leom ensured our smooth check in process and billing process was well managed by Mr Atul. Food was delicious. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Staff at Tiri restaurant were more than welcoming and supportive and did not hesitate to go for an extra mile. Special thanks to Mr Dilip and his team Mr Sourav, Mr Adarsh, Mr Bapan, Mr Gulshan and Ms Aman for their services at the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Taj Aravali Resort. We were there to celebrate a special family occasion and the team ensured to make it a memorable one. We would definitely recommend this place.

Not sure why the water in swimming pool is not temperature controlled which makes it difficult in winter. It would be convenient if paper napkins are also placed on the dining table. Of course they were provided whenever asked for.

The rooms were great, very spacious, clean and well designed. The food was great, lots of options and all of them were tasty. The playzone was fantastic with a lot of options, always something to do when you want to kill time. The entire staff was fabulous. Very kind and very competent.

The Playstation didn't have Fortnite. Was hoping to play it. Probably my biggest complaint. Lol. The property is very big. You have to use carts to go to most places and sometimes the carts took a bit too much time to come. If there were more carts available, things would be better. Also while the food in the restaurant was fantastic, it took a bit more time to cook than expected. I was waiting for quite a while for my food. This happened even when almost nobody was there.

The property is wonderful, well planned and amenities are in spot. To the people with kids and infants-They have a special play area for kids and a crèche full of soft toys for little ones to keep them (and in turn yourselves!) relaxed and entertained which is a major concern for parents during travels. Also they have a very shallow end (8-10 inches of water approx) of pool where your little one can splash around to their heart’s content and this is a feature unique to Taj. Taj had a good spread for the breakfast and even accommodated our baby with some fresh juice. The whole resort is very kid friendly. The staff are very courteous and prompt. We tried the grill restaurant on the roof top and it’s food was pure bliss! We enjoyed the European nonveg grill and the Indian nonveg grill there which was an experience by itself.

Not a complaint in any sense but just a feedback that the breakfast spread was pretty standard. Meaning when compared to other properties where we have stayed, they usually keep a few unique items in their spread too which maybe some items from the local cuisine or something to that note. I’d like it more if i had a few such things to try too!

Was an unplanned vacation trip .... Loved it entirely .... Once you're here you don't need to roam around any place else .... Because you'll get everything inside the resort very comfortably rather than going outside and travelling in the humid heat .... Rooms were very clean and had a very nice ambience to it ... Had a lot of inhouse activities which will keep you engaged .... Loved the pool and the pool bar .... Food quality and quantity was as required and sufficient and the best part was the caddy system for inhouse transiting .... Special shout out to Gulshan and Anjaly from the restaurant for organizing and taking more than expected and wonderful care for my family ..... Keep it up and Loved it !!

Our check in was very smooth and the staff helped us get 3 rooms in the same category which we could not get at the time of the booking. The property is very well made in the Aravalli hills and has excellent facilities. Kids really liked all the activity options. The Spa was very relaxing as well. We choose the premium suite which was very luxurious and comfortable. Mohit in the Ridgeview lounge was very kind and made our birthday dinner very special.

Few of the activities like playing pool and air hockey were paid, which was a bit odd. The food experience that we had was not up to the Taj standards, specially during the breakfast time. There was only one buffet layout, hence was crowded and people had to queue up. Ideally they need have more stations to handle the guests. Also the coffee machine was not working, which is very important part of breakfast. Having said that, the staff acknowledged the shortcomings and went the extra mile to extend their hospitality.

Well maintained beautiful property. Exceptional service from Kanhu (front desk), Sarvanishtha (Yoga instructor) and Chef Jitendra. The morning Yoga sessions were the highlight of my husband’s trip. The glass box dining area was stunning. The Rajasthani Thali was fantastic. The Odeypore Bar is a lovely space to spend the evening.

No golf simulator on property though listed on booking.com under facilities. The mini theatre is only for kids - no facilities to watch movies / matches there. Pool filtration and cleanliness needs to be improved. No streaming services like Netflix/ Prime/ Hotstar on TV. Fluctuation in water temperature in the shower.

Peaceful location, extremely great staff very friendly and at restaurants the staff were great and kept my little one entertained while we ate. Facilities are great and you can spend a week here and not leave the resort without getting bored. Paintball, giant playgrounds, squash courts, spa treatments.

Main Restaurant has a limited menu, great food just the same food every night gets tiring, they do have a thali restaurant to try. No evening buffets in quiet season. Our check in experience was a bit rough and stressful as they asked for copies of passports and visas/OCIs. But that was left at home in another state as we didn't think we needed it domestically once we arrived in the country, thankfully we had a family member that gained access to our house and sent photos later in the day. When booking we were not told about this, no emails or any correspondence but they were adamant they had emailed instructions, I asked when so I could search my email but nothing at all. So be wary that you have to provide these documents when you stay at any hotel in India, found out the hard way.

Loved everything about this property. The staff made us feel special right from the moment we drove up to the entry. The bellhop were exceptional and we were treated like royalty from that point on. Effortless check-in process, and amazingly friendly staff to see us through to our rooms! They employ golf carts to move around the guests. Even if you didn’t call one and start to walk about, you get picked up anyways. Just fabulous. Each and everyone of the people working here will greet you and smile! There is everything to love about the property. Also, the pool is awesome and our 7 year old son loved it.

I really cannot say anything bad. I was also asked what I didn’t like about the property, at check-out, and I must admit, there is nothing they can do better. These guys are awesome! The property’s location is unreal, and the way we were treated was dreamy! My deepest regret is not affording more time for our stay.

We absolutely love the property and have already visited the resort twice! We love to keep coming back for the world class hospitality, superb friendly staff and ofcourse our favourite, the food! The buffets are so delicious, it’s definitely on our list of our most favourite buffet spreads! We celebrated our birthday this year at the Taj Aravali and they made it super special! All the complimentary activities that they have recently added like cookie making, camel ride, nail art, henna art are just the cherry on the cake! Love love the hotel and we wish to keep coming back! Thank you 🥰
