Really nice facilities !! And right by the station. I was very happy with my stay. I was out and about in Kamakura and this was a very good value for money place and still easy to get back and forth. Also they upgraded me to a no-smoking room even though I had booked a smoking room cause it was the only one available on Booking. So that was very nice of them

Surprised by the level of attentiveness of the staff. We had made 2 bookings with a gap of 2 days in between for an Onsen excursion. When we checked in for the 2nd part of our stay, registration formalities were quickly dispensed with after confirming our identities. Our requests made during our first stay, extra pillows, luggage stands and stowed suitcases were all already place in our room. Top notch service that I would not have expected from a business hotel.

Nothing really. Rooms are as expected small but quite functional if you do not have lots of luggage. Book a larger size room if you do. The hotel website mentioned it doesn’t accept cash payments but staff was helpful and accommodating as we had a lot of yen on us for the trip.

Very conveniently located just outside west exit of Totsuka Station which provides direct access to Narita Airport via the Narita Express. Lots of food choices and supermarkets within walking distance on both sides of the train station. Excellent launching point for day trips to Yokohama and Kamakura, or onsen excursions to Hakone and Atami by local train.

Hotel entrances are not conspicuous. It was easy for me because I did go to the hotel’s website before the trip and there were detailed photographs showing the way after exiting the ticket gates at the station. Without those photos, the lower level entrance in particular, between a sushi restaurant and a drug store, can be easily missed. Would be helpful if a link to the photos is automatically send by email to visitors after booking.

The hotel is only a few steps from several shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores and Totsuka train station, which you can reach Tokyo within 30 minutes. Our family with a toddler enjoyed our 2 week visit. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The staff are really kind to our child and helped a lot with our luggage delivery. We are thankful for finding such a hospitality place for our visit! Would definitely stay again next time!

This is my 2nd stay at this Totsuka property. I preferred it because of the location that is just a few steps from the train station. Place is quiet and you get value for your money.

Everything except it was hard to find. I spent 40 minutes to find it at night.

It was very hard to find. Some better instructions that the lift on level 1 is closed at night but there. Is an entrance on level 2. There was also scaffolding around the entrance so it was harder to find.

I stayed here for a trip to Kamakura and i love that it's close to the station and to my actual destination. They rent out phone chargers for free and i was so thankful because i forgot mine. The room is nice and clean although a bit small, would not recommend to those with big luggage

It’s very easy to check in and out. The station near the area is quite convenient. You can go to many places using it. The staff is quite nice and the breakfast is rather delicious.

The location of the hotel is very good, it's very close to the train and subway stations. The room is basic but comfortable. The breakfast was great!

It was rather difficult to find the entrance to the hotel.
