The location was great!!! The selection of free stuff on offer was awesome. the fact that they had a microwave was so useful & 2 coin laundry in front of the desk was great because when the guest's laundry was finished but the guest was not able to collect it & other guest was waiting the staff will collect it for them so that the guest who was waiting doesn't have to wait any longer than they have to.

It was a bit smaller than we expected & there were signs that the facility was run down like the wallpaper had been peeled away at the corner.

This property was amazing. The accommodations were perfect. It was very affordable. They had great accommodations and even allowed extended check out for free. They are very kind and very hospitable. I recommend anyone to stay here.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. It was very convenient. It was in a place that was next to the station. It was cheap. It was a large room. They had an amazing bathroom for my three nights stay it was extremely cheap and they were very kind so I have no complaints and I suggest anyone that’s gonna stay in that area to stay at this hotel as it is very exceptional and the treatment to the customers is very professional and kind they treat you like you’re not a foreigner that you are a regular customer, unlike the other hotel where they treated me like I was a stupid foreigner ironically I am a resident here

It is very near to JR Ofuna station, where you can take the train to Kamakura. It is also walking distance to the Shonan Monorail where you can take the monorail straight to Enoshima (highly recommended to take the monorail). There are many restaurants nearby, malls that have everything you need (Uniqlo, Muji, cosmetic and drugstore items etc). There is a Bookoff Super Bazaar nearby that I walked to and saw some interesting things. The amenities are straightforward. Well supplied. Great communication with the staffs when storing our luggages before check in and after check out. Staying here made me fell in love with the Ofuna area. Very serene. Great neighbourhood.

It’s small but the layout is well planned that there is actually space for you to move around in the room.

Location: very close to JR Ofuna Station, terminal station of Shonan Monorail and bus terminal. Conveniently close to most shopping needs (Lumine Wing at the Station, Ofuna shopping street a small block east of the Station and Seiyu grocery store which opens 24 hours). An excellent accommodation option economically and geographically to visit North Kamakura, Kamakura, Shonan beach shoreline and Enoshima. Staff: excellent service and courteous. Room: quiet, bed comfortable and spacious for single occupant. Loved the baggage rack and SIX hangers. Breakfast: opted breakfast at Ueshima Coffee downstairs, excellent coffee and options of Western breakfast (sandwiches, eggs, bacons etc). Self check-out takes seconds to complete. Loved the comfy hotel two-piece pyjamas, and wish I could purchase them.

Unfortunately the Keikyu Airport Bus directly servicing between Ofuna and Henada Airport has been suspended earlier in the year although it has nothing to do with Sotetsu Fresa Inn. I used the JR Line and Keikyu Airport Line to get to HND from Ofuna (changed lines at Yokohama Station).

Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out system was fast and easy. Amenities were beyond expection and were exceptional value for the money. Potable water straight from the tap in the room was very helpful. Great view of Kannon-ji from our 6th floor room window.

Room was a bit cramped because we had several large luggages, but the bed was spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom amenities were complete as well and space was just right.

The thoughtfulness in preparing everything that a traveler might need. You can even get a charger for a mobile phone. The spacious room makes the trip super relaxing and enjoyable. For the girls that needed to curl the hair while on trip, you can do it with this hotel too cause they're providing that. The staff are very capable and friendly as well.

Maybe if we could have the kettle not a plastic type, it would be nice. The pillow is not as fluffy, I wish it would be better.

I really liked the room. You could actually see the kannon statue from my window. Moreover there was free tea, body lotion, bath additive and pyjamas in the lobby for you to take. The hotel is near Ofuna station which is very convenient. And I didn't hear any loud noises from the street or trains at night. Also enough konbinis and an organic supermarket in walking distance. (There were also a lot of restaurants but I didn't try those.) Staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

The front staff was great. We had to make an international toll free call to rebook cancelled flights, and they let us use a phone for about 80 minutes and even brought a stool to sit on. The room was very clean and the hotel was very close to the train station and lots of food options. It was very hot in Ofuna, and the air conditioning worked great!

The bed was slightly tilted or unevenly worn out, but not too bad. The rooms are cramped which is common in Japan, so just be aware. There is a tall threshold to the bathroom which caused us to trip over it multiple times. it was higher than other such thresholds we saw on our trip.

Location is perfect. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Convenient coin-operated washer and dryer. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is as good as expected! Nice selection of free toiletries. The cafe next door serves good breakfast.

Just one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth: They do not provide umbrellas for guests to borrow for free when it rains. This is the only business hotel I have stayed at in Japan that does not provide this. Instead, they make you buy umbrellas. This is such a waste of resources because after one use, I will now throw that umbrella away as I can't pack it to bring home with me. Please reconsider this. You can have guests pay a deposit to borrow the umbrella and then return the deposit when they bring it back. But making tourists buy umbrellas which are too bulky for them to take home is just nonsensical.

Very convenient for the railway station which is needed as it’s one further stop to Kamakura proper. Be careful when initially going to the hotel as this chain has two hotels with virtually identical names just a couple of hundred meters apart. Modern basic business style hotel. Staff were excellent, friendly helpful and courteous.

The area was a little disappointing if you go expecting it to be in Kamakura proper.
